Simply great!
What a great place. Rented a hut for my family. Good condition of hut and facilities and well cleaned. Arriving through small mountain roads to agro turismo and an amazing view to Etna. The best things was however the amazing hospitality and friendliness of the owners and personell. They create a warm family like environment that makes you relax immediately and feel safe comfortable and at home. New 4 courses dinner everyday at reasonable price and fantastic quality. At dinner the owner serves guests and creates a super atmosphere and take particular good care of ensuring kids are getting what they want to eat, are entertained and dont get bored while parents get through the amazing food. Good activities for kids during day which are in fine condition. Before coming here We stayed a few days at 4 star hotel near palermo. We wish we would have stayed all holiday at Agroturismo and look very much forward to return to this nice place.

Wonderful agriturismo in the Sicilian mountains! Filippo was a fantastic host. The food in the restaurant, particularly dinner, was excellent and plentiful. The scenery is beautiful and there is an awe-inspiring view of Mt Etna from the balcony of the bungalows. Best of all there is loads to do for kids and opportunities to ride ponies, milk and feed the goats, an adventure playground and other stuff for older kids that we didn't participate in. It is easy to get to Taormina, so overall an excellent location. Could not recommend highly enough for young families.

Booked this place after hearing about it on social media and word of mouth. It was nothing short of amazing. The views and atmosphere are very relaxing and it's an experience in itself living in nature with Mt Etna in the backdrop. The staff especially Filippo and Enza were amazing always trying their best (and sometimes going out of their way) to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The food was always freshly prepared, from their own produce, allowing you to enjoy all the natural goodness. The kids enjoyed playing in the play areas, milking the goats and riding the horses. The drive up to the place was very nice and let you take your time to take in all the nature. We will definitely be back and cannot wait to do so. Located close to nature with breathtaking views and comfortable accommodation. The children had a wonderful time around the agriturismo thanks to the passionate dedication of Filippo, Rita and the team. A home away from home. Highly recommended for families.

Situato in mezzo al bosco ti permette di godere del silenzio, l’unico rumore è quello naturale del bosco. Ottimo servizio piscina, parcheggio e attività extra. Il ristorante è di qualità con prodotti a km.0 Lo staff è accogliente, simpatico ma soprattutto Filippo è il perno! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ci rivediamo il prossimo anno.. Ne vale la pena

We absolutely LOVED our 4 night stay. What a beautiful and tranquil setting. We loved spending our days in the pool - our children played with their newly made holiday friends having the best time of their lives. The evening dining experience was like no other we’ve had on holiday - felt like being invited to a Sicilian family’s house for dinner. The most delicious food cooked by Rita and the warmest and most attentive hosting by Fillipo. And we got to watch the eruptions of Mount Etna. Such great value for money to have this included. The activities were great fun - we did archery and the adventure park, and got to see Rita making the ricotta cheese (which we then had for dinner that night!). So highly recommended- we’ll definitely be back.

This is our second time at Agriturismo San Cataldo and it never disappoints.. We spent a short break of 2 nights here. This place is surrounded by nature with beautiful scenery, fresh air and the serenity of the place away from all the hustle and bustle which makes it more special. Food is prepared by the lovely Rita and they use their own fresh produce. Filippo is always ready to help and very accommodating. The facilities were good and there are also activities for both adults and kids such as Pony rides, adventure park, milking the goats and swimming. The pool area was clean and enjoyed our day by the pool. Will we return again? Definitely YES. Until next time, Thank you Rita, Filippo and all the staff at Agriturismo San Cataldo…

E stato u soggiorno molto piacevole! La nostra permanenza a San Cataldo era incantevole, e un posto tranquillissimo tra le montagnie Di San Cataldo, le pecore e mucce per la strada, e una vista spettacolare dell etna. Il cibo buonissmo fatto in casa dalla famiglia. E u post ideal per chi ha dei figli.

Everything is perfect. Good food and good value for money The place is pet friendly & the owners are super helpful and kind. Perfect for a quiet gateway with family marvellous views close to taormina and gole d alcantara is just a few minutes away.
