Country house "Agr. Castello della Mugazzena", renovated, surrounded by trees. In the hamlet Tresana 8 km from the centre of Aulla, 10 km from the centre of Villafranca in Lunigiana, 15 km from the centre of Castello di Malgrate, in a secluded, quiet position, in the countryside. For shared use: property 140 ha, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (15.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Cook on request. Motor access (1 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station 8 km, thermal baths "Equi Terme" 30 km. Tennis 5 km, riding stable 5 km. The one-room apartment is on the first floor of a detached building. The furnishings are luxurious and fully equipped. You share the pool with guests of a nearby house. The area is quiet and to get there you have to drive the last part on a gravel / cobbl
