Sono stata ospite della struttura Villa Margherita , per un soggiorno di lavoro e piacevolmente sorpresa dalla bellezza e dall’ ospitalità , voglio ringraziare Rachid e Floriana per avere reso questo soggiorno indimenticabile, Camilla addetta alla colazione ha soddisfatto ogni mia richiesta , la struttura e’ al di sopra di ogni aspettativa, ma chi la gestisce fa la differenza , ritornerò per il prossimo anno un immenso grazie a tutti Paganotti Patrizia

Siamo stati in questo relais a fine ottobre . Che dire, già all'entrata veniamo accolti da una sorridente ragazza che ci offre un caffè. Poi accompagnandoci in camera ci offre una breve ma ottima panoramica. La camera favolosa, complimenti al designer ! Semplice ma elegante e di lusso. Fiore all'occhiello il ristorante, servizio impeccabile, i camerieri non ti perdono mai di vista e sanno consigliare bene sia le pietanze che i vari accompagnamenti. Dulcis in fundo, ci preparano vari gin tonic e gin lemon portandoceli direttamente in camera, al mattino servizio in camera offerto dall'hotel e quando arriviamo a pagare il conto il direttore ci sconta i gin tonic ( circa 55 euro) Complimenti davvero, soprattutto perchè lo staff è giovanile ma preparato e soprattutto sereno! Relais incomparabile, torneremo!!

Wunderschönes Boutiqe Hotel mit stylishen Zimmern, durchweg sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern und einem herausragenden 2 Michelin * Restaurant. Wir haben im Restaurant Mangnolia gegessen und bei 2 Sternen hat man ja durchaus hohe Erwartungen die aber nochmals deutlich übertroffen wurden. Eine herausragende Küche und phantastischer Service, was nicht nur für das Restaurant sondern für alle Mitarbeiter gilt. Das Frühstück setzt das Gourmet Erlebnis vom Abend fort, schade dass man nur 5 Sterne vergeben darf… und - am Rande nich erwähnt - ein sehr hundefreundliches Hotel.

We ended up here by using wrong directions but we were so pleased this happened First the hotel manager Dafiri Rachid was unbelievable!! He was so sweet! Tried to contact the hotel we were supposed to stay It was over 5 hours away so we asked to stay ! He had 2 rooms left and helped us He sent us to a restaurant 2 minutes away as their restaurant was closed Mondays The grounds are spectacularly beautiful Gorgeous valley view Lovely pool and breakfast delicious Sorry we had to leave !! By the way the hotel has a 2 star michilen restaurant but closed on Mondays The restaurant we went to was very delicious with local seafood and pasta

Wat een geweldige plek om te verblijven. Zowel het hotel als zijn tuinen en omgeving zien er geweldig uit. Het is een waar feest om hier te mogen verblijven. De Parkeerplek is ruim en voldoende en dat geldt ook voor de kamers. Deze zijn groot en ook de badkamer is riant. Wij hebben het geluk er te zijn bij mooi weer en dus kunnen wij gebruik maken van het zwembad dat zodanig ligt dat je vanaf de rand uitzicht hebt op de vallei, een formidabele ligging. Personeel bij de receptie kan professioneler. Miste daar wel de passie die je verwacht bij zo'n locatie. Dat geldt zowel bij het in- als uitchecken.

Mai stata, avrei voluto, ma semplicemente non rispondono al telefono e non mandano preventivi. Questo per me è sufficiente per dire che manca la professionalità’. Quindi rinuncio, con rammarico ma forse occorre qualcosa di più’ che una bella struttura per definirsi unici. Saluti

apparentemente tutto molto bello, peccato sia fuffa. qualità zero in tutto. non ne vale assolutamente la pena, anche perché è molto costoso. mi è tanto dispiaciuto ed essendo lì per lavoro ammetto che mi ha fatto saltare anche i nervi quando ha compromesso il mio mestiere.

siamo stati tre giorni in questa fantastica location per un matrimonio. struttura molto bella, tranquilla immersa nel verde con vista verso rimini e san marino. Camere dal design molto curato, contemporaneo moderno, con bagni molto grandi. Il personale molto professionale e paziente ci ha sopportati per tre giorni accogliendo qualsiasi nostra richiesta in diversi orari della giornata e della serata. Colazione molto ben curata, quasi tutta dolce, salato solo a richiesta ma questo mio gusto personale, uova strapazzate buonissime. Piscina molto bella grazie

Posto bellissimo, struttura meravigliosa e ben tenuta in tutti i dettagli, personale educatissimo, professionali e sempre ben disposti. Il ristorante il Sambuco è straordinario: bellissima presentazione di piatti elaborati con ottimi prodotti, gran dedizione: ottima cucina. Il servizio di sala è insuperabile. Non abbiate dubbi!
