Beautiful place near Enna
A one night stay near Enna - very beautiful spot and very welcoming hosts. Stayed in the loft family room as a family of 4. Beautiful old building, stunning artistic interiors.

Vacation
There was nobody there when we arrived. Got someone on the phone thanks to a workman but nobody would be there for an hour. Went to Enna for a drink and lunch but absolutely nothing was open. Really disappointing.

True Agritoursim
The hotel owner, Guiliana was wonderful. She could not do enough to help us. The venue was in a very quiet and peaceful area and the facilities were clean and comfy and decorated with incredible Italian style. The food was simple but amazing and we had dinner at the sister Agritourism hotel which was an excellent meal. Would definitely return!

The title of this review pretty much sums up the our experience of La Casa del Poeta. It is the perfect combination of rustic and well appointed. We were two couples touring Sicily and it was toward the end of the season. Our host Guiliana was so lovely: helpful, informative, busy but always smiling. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The decor was tasteful and eclectic. Over my husband's and my bed was a handmade set of suspended linen "pages" (as big as a headboard) with different lines of poetry that we could change to fit the mood or set the tone. There were so many inventive touches of this sort. Our breakfast were delicious and Giuliana had recommendations of places in the area to dine. She scheduled a private cooking class for the four of us, followed by a guided hike at a nearby state reserve. Both were superb. We learned so much and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. We were sad to leave our charming country estate, but we had more of Sicily to visit. As a parting gift, Guiliana gave each of us individually selected laminated poems which will be treasured by all.

È stato tutto meraviglioso! L’accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff, la pulizia della struttura, la colazione ottima e ricca, la piscina, la jacuzzi esterna! Se avete voglia di staccare la spina e farvi coccolare la casa del poeta è sicuramente il posto giusto! 5 stelle!
