Rock House

I had the best experience at the Rock House!!! Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, serene pool area, private breathtaking beach I can go on and on 🙂 the design and the decor of the hotel is a high notch! It’s really serene and calming atmosphere. The high-quality services you receive from the work staff it’s just outstanding. Especially the hotel manager Sree! Sree will make sure you have everything you need, he is very attentive and kind, he really cares about each guest! This was on the top of the list of best experiences ever! Thank you Tock House! I will definitely return 😉

Rock house was awesome! A Mediterranean feel 3 hours from New York. Room was great. Beach setup beautiful. Ty the beach guy (Tyree) was 5 star staff. He was attentive, kind and hard working. Would definitely come back again with my wife. Until next time.

The photos on the Rock House website are exactly how the resort looks. From the moment we arrived, Orlando was waiting at the entrance to greet us and take our bags. Upon check-in we were greeted by the most welcoming smiles, and a wonderful glass of bubbly . A big thanks to all the people in the office who went out of their way to ensure we had the most wonderful experience and vacation for the 7 days we stayed at the Rock House. Thanks to Francesca, Tiffany, Mya, & Berlindi (I apologize if I didn’t mention someone’s name as everyone was super nice). The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! Thanks to Daphney & Rebecca who greeted us every morning. They have a state-of-the-art gym with cold towels, water and apples. We spent most of our day on the beach and by the pool. A HUGE thanks to Robert, Jodson and Renial who really captured our hearts because of their kindness and service. Nothing was too much trouble for anything we requested. We had many delicious dinners at the Vita restaurant at the Rock House resort and thanks to Aris & Sree (Mgr.’s) who made sure we were treated with the utmost professional and welcoming waitstaff that we have ever experienced. The Rock House has certainly raised the standard for every boutique resort, and we will be returning.

Beautiful resort right on the beach. The staff is incredible and absolutely help make the experience even more spectacular. During our stay Sree checked in on us often. He had incredible attentiveness to all of his guests and the ability to make each of us feel like we were his priority. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind as was everyone we encountered. The rooms were beautifully maintained and they had great amenities available for use. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Rock house was good and just OK. The resort and overall property were amazing. The views were stunning and the food on the property was great He stayed in a one bedroom with a private pool for six days to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We arrived at the property, the person receiving our luggage and taking us to our room was super friendly. They even made several dinner recommendations and a reservation for us at Coco Bistro in Grace Bay. The experience at Coco Bistro was 5 star. The breakfast experience at Rock House was just okay. The food was as expected for breakfast when they actually got our order right. And when the waitress didn’t, asking for the food items requested was met with attitude by a few. Not everyone was unfriendly but a few certainly didn’t want to be there based on my experience. Dinner at Vita restaurant on the proper was the exact opposite. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The evening staff and morning staff need to have a meeting so they can learn from one another. Consistently is key for their customers. We visited guest services twice and felt like we were bothering them for asking simple questions. Being someone who was always taught to provide customers with a red carpet experience, this hit me a bit sideways. I don’t go back after that until it was time to checkout which was fine. All in all, for the money I would choose another property for my next visit.

**Review for Travel Site:** My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with a trip to Turks and Caicos, where we stayed at The Rock Resort. To say the resort is breathtaking would be an understatement; the pictures online simply do not do it justice. The property is stunning, with luxurious accommodations and an ambiance that truly feels like paradise. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially Jodson and Robert, who went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Since returning home, we've recommended The Rock Resort to all of our friends and family. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

Dined at Rock House 2 nights in a row; the first time was a trial run, but the second was intentional based on the amazing experience the first time. Service was outstanding and the food was incredible. The chef came out and talked us through his preparation. He took his time and you could tell he enjoys what he does. He cares about his team and they care about him. Now…..did I tell you about the view? Breathtaking!!! Can’t wait to return in January 2025.

Incredible Stay at Rock house special thanks to the GM Franck and the FB manager Sree . All the hotel staff are very professional and very kind with all of us .( restaurant , beach ,house keeping, room service and front desk ). The hotel location is gorgeous . For those looking for a piece of paradise on earth, this is the place to be.

My stay here was relaxing, peaceful, and enjoyable. Food and drinks were great, my room was beautiful and clean, and it was very private and intimate. All staff were friendly and welcoming. I received especially great service from robert, reniai, tyree and jodson!
