Louis Althea Beach

Nice place to be with kids. My daughter, 7 years, loved the Animation team, especially Giada, and their evening program/mini-disco. I also enjoyed Giada’s daily water gym. The pool area and the nearby beach we both lovely. We should have taken our snorkels with us. Easy access to Protaras and Agia Napa by the local bus. We had a two-room apartment (partial sea view) just above the stage having the evening program. It was too loud to sleep during the show (about 8-10 pm), but it wasn’t a problem for us. The opening time for the gym was too short.

Fantastic week away!! Hotel, grounds & rooms immaculately clean. Good choice of great food. Lovely friendly staff. Great entertainment team. Plenty of sun beds. Near shops, restaurants etc. Great location. Would definitely return. Thank you Louis Althea!

Super hotel. Second time visiting and it never fails to impress. Thanks to Mohammed the waiter who was exceptional providing very friendly service. The food is always fresh and changes every day so worth the inclusive package. Rooms are a bit outdated but immaculate and cleaned daily. We will be back again Louis Althea!

First time in Cyprus and Wow! Arrived late evening on Saturday 12th. Was given a map on how to find your room and was told that refreshments were in fridge.. Refreshments were bottles of water, carton of orange juice, bottle of wine, sandwiches and a plate of apples, oranges, bananas and pears. Yes, the room is dated but well equipped. Room was cleaned daily without fail and clean towels were provided daily too. Choice of 2 pools. Infinity pool, whilst lovely was ice cold, mainly due to lack of sun in that area but that never stopped us.. Food: Plenty of choice, ranging from joints of beef, chicken, lamb and pork, pasta, rice, variety of potatoes, salads and desserts. You'll not starve!! Drinks: Plenty of choice however for branded spirits, you'd have to pay for these. Entertainment: Plenty to keep all adults/kids occupied throughout the day/night... We ventured out to the Pernera Strip, can recommend Windmills Bar and Knights Bar. Beach: The beach directly in front of the hotel is lovely. €2.50 for a sunbed. €2.50 for an umbrella. You will need Swim Shoes.. Extras: Spa within the hotel is amazing. We had the wellness massage. 75 minutes of pure pampering. Well worth €90!!!!!! Fabulous holiday was had and we're looking to book again here in 2025…!!!

This hotel surely does live up to it great reviews arrived to our room fridge was filled with fruit water orange juice and water rooms are standard but make up for it with comfort with the beds best I’ve slept in Staff are friendly and cannot do enough for u Bar staff are great especially George he is such a lovely man Food is some of the best ever eaten at an all inclusive hotel and also serve food in between restaurant times around pool including sandwiches toasties chips pizza nuggets waffles fruits and cakes Drinks included where also great Animation team where amazing especially gabrijela I hope she here next year as we will definitely be returning Lots to do an lots of entertainment both in the theatre stage and round pool plenty of activities encouraged by animation team Thank you for making our 10 day holiday amazing and full of memories we will definitely be back next year with the whole family

We arrived late afternoon, hot, tired and hungry and were given a map to find our room. No concierge service here. We were pleasantly surprised with our ground floor studio which was right on the sea front with a small ,dual aspect terrace to sit and enjoy the view (306). The furnishings were simple and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a generous bathroom. My only complaint was the pillow which was foam filled and very deep,such that it gave me neck strain by the end of the week, but that's a personal preference issue. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the cheerful and lovely cleaning lady to the smily and chatty waiting staff, and the food was tasty and plentiful. It's a buffet style and they try very hard to vary the choices but after a few days it does become a bit repetitive. All inclusive should read partially inclusive as certain things like branded alcohol is excluded, but the pool bar makes nice cocktails and there is plenty to choose from. The large pool is dominated by kids and noise, but the second pool is quieter and sheltered and a nice place to chill. The small beach infront of the hotel is sandy, and the sea is calm and shallow (when the wind is not blowing). The water is warm and inviting. The entertainment is great if you are between the ages of 3 and 7 ....... Overall, we had a lovely break and would recommend this hotel for young families.

Very nice in every aspect. Rooms are spacious. Used towels were replaced every day. The food was varied and made from good ingredients. The children were well considered in the evening program. The self-service laundry was in the basement, and it was 4 euros for washing and 4 euros for the dryer. Good value for money. The hotel is near several easy access beaches. A couple of supermarkets are near too. A week in this hotel was an injoyable experience. A lift was only in the main building.

We holidayed here end of September with my sisters and brother in laws. On arrival very pleased with first impressions very clean and welcoming. The grounds are kept looking lovely and tidy especially the gardens. Our rooms where comfortable but need a bit of decorating our shower was broke wouldn’t stay in the holder I reported it twice it did get fixed, after that enjoyed a powerful hot shower. Plenty of food to choose from and it was hot which is always welcome. Can’t fault the staff everyone from bar, cleaners and reception always friendly and helpful. The entertainers where the same always took the time to stop and chat and have a laugh with especially Gabriel she was lovely. My only criticism is the rooms were comfortable but very tied looking could do with freshening up.

We traveled with two small children and we really liked this hotel. There is a sandy beach right next to the hotel, there are toys and other equipment for children by the pool. There are also a lot of activities for adults. The animation team is nice, we especially liked Julia. She knows how to communicate with children, how to approach them. One new girl was a bit annoying, kids didn't like it. Mini disco was fun, except some strange DJs involvments :D The food was very tasty! All in all our experience was really good!
