Vrissaki Beach Hotel

Nice hotel Location 5 stars on the beach Good facilities!!!

Treat for 60th birthday and didn't disappoint. Lovely stylish hotel right on the beach (well a very nice boardwalk/ path separates from beach that runs length of resort (which is large but low key) & more. Paid extra for sea view and room on 1st floor in middle was great (views at either end probably obscured by awning for bar terrace and Italian Restaurant). Room spacious and modern; excellent level of cleanliness throughout hotel. We were All Inclusive; good choice of food and drinks (bar 10am - midnight; and mid morning, mid afternoon and late night snacks if can manage any more food). Staff everywhere were really helpful; always smile on their face and showed an interest in you without being intrusive. Would highly recommend.

we were a group of 22 family members celebrating an 85th birthday The hotel was very accommodating and helpful in arranging the festivities. the rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice view of the sea. the staff were very friendly and helpful. thank you for helping to make are celebrations a success

We stayed at this hotel 26/4/2025 for a week. Air conditioning didn’t work on day two I had enough of getting bitten by mosquitoes. Manager gave us a coolant it was ok . Did the job but not like the air conditioning. Breakfast was awful, we have stayed in brilliant 4 * hotels, no choice at all . No water from the machine , juice , tea etc there was a fault ! The positive side , nearby were the boats for getting away for the day , up the town was a stroll away for booking trips etc . Towels for the pool are at the spa . We have never done protaras before and I can honestly say we won’t be returning.

very dissapointing The hotel has a very good location with walking distance to the beach with beatful view. The hotel has good facilities like spa and swimming pool however we could not use any of these because the pool is small and there is no enough sunbeds. Visitors wake uap early and leave their towels in orde to occupy the sunbeds whole day even if they dont use them . Air conditioner was hardly working, it was constantly hot in the room and we could not sleep. Beds are uncomfortable and I had lower back pain after the first sleep in that hotel. The bathroom sink was leaking and nobody came to fix it. Overall the rooms need refurbishment. There was one bottle of water in the room and when we asked for an extra one (each cost 3 Euro) they requested 5 Euro service charge for room service. There is no shampoo, no soap (only luquid soap that drips and you cant even wash your body with it) and no hair balsam, no hair dryer. At the restaurant we ordered chicken caesar salad and they put bacon in i although there is no such ingridient mentioned in the menu and I warned the waitress I dont eat pork. When I called the manager his reply was 'all chicken caesar salads contain bacon and that was a menu printing company fault). No apologies nothing. Ant ehe last but not least they did not clean our room even once in our 3 days stay. Second day the cleanşng lady showed up at 11 and we asked her to come in 20 minutes as we were getting ready for the beach). When we came back couple of hours later the

I visited Vrissaki Beach Hotel and I was very happy and satisfied, especially after not visiting Cyprus for 15 years. I did something for myself, changed my life, and started taking better care of my health. Today, I visited the spa for the first time, not just to look around, but to receive an unforgettable massage from the therapist Dobrina. She was exceptional! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
