Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel & Spa – Adults Only

The breakfast buffet was one of the best i had! Great hospitality, everyone was so polite and joyful. Spacious and clean rooms. The hotel was spotless clean everywhere! Had a great stay. Definitely coming back here when in Protaras!!

Quiet adults only hotel not too far from Protaras main strip or Ayia Napa. Themed buffets each night allows you to plan if you want to eat in or out. Very clean, maids usually change all the towels etc even if they haven't been left in the designated location. Beds and pillows were comfortable and big. If you need anything all you have to do is ask, nothing is too much trouble. Evening entertainment of a singer/musician each night, which when held outside if it gets cold, blankets were made available. There's a small shop in the basement if you are looking for something sweet or a souvenir. The lady down there is always happy to have a chat too! I visited the spa a total of 3 times for seperate treatments, my initial full body massage, after which, was recommended a futher neck, back and shoulders due to the built up tension she felt during the treatment. I had to reschedule thos due to sunburn, but she informed me they did a short aloe vera body wrap that would aid in my skin healing, and it helped greatly. The spa staff are passionate about their jobs and recommend other treatments based on your need as well as let you know of discounts they can offer. I would recommend getting at least one treatment during your stay. The hotel, Spa and bar staff work very hard to ensure you have a pleasant stay and do their best if you have any requests. They are all very friendly, approachable and create a welcoming environment. Management team are active through the day working with the staff. Special mentions for one of the evening barmen, Sanom, has a great sense of humor and makes amazing Mojitos; Chara one of the spa therapists, very enthusiastic about her job and gives good treatment recommendations based on individual needs and finally Katerina the soul entertainer at the hotel, really enjoys interacting with guests and takes pride in her job, arranging everything herself and finding substitutions to the shedule when necessary. Overall, exceptional service, amazing staff members and I enjoyed the stay!

Maria in the spa was very welcoming and professional. Massage was very relaxing solved an issue in my shoulder. A nice relaxing hour and will definitely be coming back at a future date and suggesting Leonardo to friends and family. Nice end to a anniversary weekend
