Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Modern fairly big rooms that are very clean. Comfy beds and excellent buffet breakfast. Pool is small and the nearest sandy beach is 15 minutes walk

Lovely clean hotel, perfectly located near the best beach in Cyprus. Several great facilities, although their mini bar fridge is terrible, doesn't cool anything, might as well just have a cupboard there instead. Couple of decent international tv channels would be nice too.

It was our second visit to the Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel, and this is an absolutely amazing experience. The location is perfect, near Konnos Beach. The food was varied and delicious 😋 Thanks to the friendly staff, especially Youlia at the reception, she helped us with our booking and made our stay very comfortable. We would definitely come back again ❤️❤️

Just returned from a week's stay 4 of us what can we say amazing from the time we arrived until the time we left.Staff are exceptional so professional friendly and cannot do enough for you and work so very hard we have stayed in a lot of hotels the staff here without a doubt were the best.Food was very high quality plenty to choose from and never disappointed.We would 100% return thank you all for a truly wonderful holiday

A stunning hotel. Staff are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Shout out to Aura Marlon and Bushal. Food is amazing, always plenty of choice and replenished regularly. A very relaxing chilled atmosphere

Just returned from a 2 week stay on all inclusive basis. The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Special mention to Aura, Tasia and Marlon. Rooms are well appointed with large, comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. There is a kettle and Nespresso machine (more about that later). Showers are great and toiletries replenished when required. Towels changed frequently. Rooms are also very well soundproofed. The safe is free and large enough to hold a laptop. WiFi is speedy and works well. The pool area and lawn in front of the of the sea are comfortable and pool towels are free and can be changed as frequently as required. The dining room never felt busy and provided a good selection of food. The salads were lovely. Drinks service at table was also a good idea. The choice of drinks included in the basic AI package isn’t great and we found it strange that we couldn’t get the same choice of drinks in all the bars. All in all, we found very little to complain about. However, there were 2 areas which we felt fell short. Firstly, water. Most all inclusive hotels we have visited provide bottled water or taps where containers can be refilled with filtered water. Here, you are given a bottle of water to start with, but nothing more. Secondly, you are only given 4 capsules for the Nespresso machine and if you want more you are expected to pay 1€ per capsule! We felt that both of these points were a little mean.
