Narcissos Waterpark Resort

Un hôtel très convivial, tout le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant, chaleureux et agréables. Près de très belles plage (a pied) propre de commerce. C'est paisible . Je suis arrivé par hasard je devais être dans un autre hôtel qui n'a pu m'accepter le jour prévu je suis resté 4 jours au début j'étais en colère mais j'ai pas regretté. La cuisine est varié et très bon. C'est propre seul petit bémol pour les famille c'est bien mais pour une personne seule pas forcément d'ambiance le soir . Merci de votre accueil

Post Travel Closed 8 Nov 2024 Customer contacted service provider: true we arrived at Larnaca at 3:40. on the 19th oct We had to wait until 5.40 for our transfers to depart due to having to wait for other flights with three small children. Got to the hotel showers were blocked completely flooded in the whole apartment. on more than one occasion one of our children in the party sliped and hit his head which caused a cut they moved us three times due to over flooding of the showers, poor drainage as well as cockroach infestation in 10 days. There wasn’t a manager to rectify any issues other than keep moving us rooms. They’re telling me I wasn’t satisfied, but how can I be satisfied when the problem was ongoing, my children wasn’t sleeping. We were sleeping with the light on every night me catching hundreds of cockroaches in an outside of the bedroom running across them while they were sleeping. This is a massive health and safety environmental health issue. I have both supporting evidence photographs as well as videos this place isn’t fit for purpose. I contacted Love Holidays on how many occasions running up my phone bill to be told that they were satisfied with the hotels response but yet the manager couldn’t come and talk to me personally two days me and my children slept in the lobby because of the infestation of cockroaches which a member of staff written report. I requested a picture of this report which I was told I was unable to have all facilities in a hotel were closed from the 3rd of November, which wasn’t stated in a hotel description. This was supposed to be all-inclusive which things were coming out an extra cost from start to finish this holiday has been a nightmare from hell and if this is all rectified I will be taking legal action photographs and videos do not lie . dinner hall, dusty and dirty absolutely filthy. The room was never cleaned other than blood stained bedsheets being changed and bins Empty considering there was a cockroach infestation. I’ve never been insulted and been so vulnerable and unable to protect my children in circumstances like this and all my life. We paid all this money to live in this sort of environment which is totally unacceptable. i’m unable to upload videos and pictures for some reason so when I have correspondence from you guys I will provide all evidence needed as well as us getting to the airport at Larnaca on return at eighth of November to be told that was a flight had been overbooked and we had to pay €250 to secure a seat or we wouldn’t of been able to leave Larnaca airport with three children. This is unheard of absolutely despicable I’m disgusted I will never ever be booking another holiday through Love Holidays again specially the support that you provided while I’ve been away living on my nerves trying to reassure three small children everything is gonna be okay when they could see the fear in me it’s been 10 days from hell, I could not wait to get back as I stress to you Absolutely disgu

Do not stay at this hotel! This hotel is absolutely awful.! The hotel was absolutely filthy, the corridors and stairs leading up to the rooms had chocolate spilt all over the stairs that had been there for a while, the cleaners were sat on the stairs eating ice cream with rubbish behind them, that was still there when they had finished their shift. We stayed for a week, after day 4 I had to have a row with reception to ask for clean towels, I then had to have a row for fresh bedding as my toddler had an accident on the bed.! I then had to ask for more toilet paper and bin bags so I could empty the bins.! There was no daily room change. We were sleeping on a plain white sheet on top of a mattress there was no mattress protector covers. The room was dirty the wi-fi did not work, every time we closed the hotel Door the back of the handle fell Off and then to top it off our Nintendo switch was taken out of our room.! I put a Facebook notice out and a few people also said they had things stolen out of their room.! Hotel staff not bothered ! Huge complaint put into Jet2 and with the jet 2 resort ! I will never ever stay in this hotel ever again.! It was an absolute shambles and a scene out of faulty towers.! The staff do not care.! And all everyone said was it’s coming to the end of the season.! My daughter came back from this holiday 1 Nintendo switch down, a perforated ear drum and diarrhea and vomiting!
