Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

Our Welcome at this hotel was already the best form of hospitality we ever experienced. Our luggage was driven to our room so we had to carry nothing and were guided by the reception staff through all the facilities of the hotel. Our room had a direct sea view and access to the beach. Mind blowing! The rooms were clean and very big. it did not feel like a hotel room but rather like a small apartment. The food was excellent and had a lot of variety esspecially indian food which we love, But the Best about our stay was the very friendly staff, always smiling and helpful. Thanks especially to Kamla (Boathouse) who gave us the best boat tour (Five Island tour) of our life with Mauritours. A boat tour that we will never forget our whole life. Many thanks also to the Captain Arno and his staff that gave us such a wonderful experience. The boathouse is based at the hotel beach and offers a lot more activities for free such as watersports and a glass boat tour where you can see the underwater world. There are some names that we still remember so we want to thank them here: Raj, Asha, Vivi, Amrita, Anna, Aman, Deepa, Darshini, Ashwin, Sam. If we have forgotten to mention someone then please excuse us because each and everybody deserves to be mentioned dhere for extrem hospitalitiy and extraordinary service. We will come back as soon as possible. 100% recommendation !

Dans l’ensemble un excellent séjour à Chypre. L’hôtel correspondait à nos attentes. Magnifiques jardins, plage correcte ( attention transat payant mais plage accessible sans paiement ), mer chaude, propre et eau cristalline. Pour les lèves tôt, possibilité de voir des tortues cachées au milieu des rochers. Personnel accueillant,repas peu variés mais produits de qualité. Mention spécial pour Georges au bar qui met une excellente ambiance. En bref, si nous revenons à Chypre, ce sera dans cet hôtel.
