Nausicaa Beach

Just back from an amazing holiday at Nausicaa. The views from our sea view room were just amazing, the room was very spacious and clean and perfect for a family with a teenager. The staff were fabulous you could not fault them, they made us all feel very welcome including our daughter. From our arrival and meeting Zaki in reception and the lovely lady in the morning they couldn't do enough to help you. The bar & waiting staff Sammy boy, Ahmed, Disha, Yasser, Soliman, Daniela to name but a few worked really hard to serve everyone quickly and made sure you were happy with your drink. Yasser worked so hard keeping everywhere clean and tidy for the guests. What a lovely man. Kamal the Deputy Manager was always around working hard and was a lovely guy. The snack bar was also fabulous, the lady that runs it was always so happy and helpful and the food was amazing and lots of choice. The sunbeds were allocated on arrival, we had not experienced this before but it was definitely a bonus that you didn't need to get up early in the morning to reserve your sun loungers. If you didn't like the location provided the sunbed manager was always happy to assist. The main restaurant and the a la carte restaurant had a great choice of food, always hot and freshly cooked. The waiters in there work really hard and are always happy to see you. The entertainment team were all lovely and very friendly, we really enjoyed Michael Jackson and the silent disco. Albin and his team worked hard entertaining everyone. Juan sang and played guitar in the evenings he is very talented and we enjoyed listening to him. The location of the hotel is definitely another major plus point. You can go down the steps into the water next to fig tree bay and it felt safe and was very refreshing. The bars and restaurants are also only a 5 minute walk away. Last but not least Stathis the General Manager became a good friend, we enjoyed chatting and getting to know him (up the hammers). Such a lovely genuine person. We are definitely looking to return next year to see our new found friends/family. Thank you Stathis and all your team for a fantastic holiday.

With a great view and no more than a spit of distance into the ocean. Its a good time all round with good service exellent food and the clean sandy beach

Excellent location, quiet, but just 2 minutes walk to the main strip. This was the first time staying at a hotel with allocated sun beds. This is an excellent idea and worked very well. Would like to see more of this so there's no rush to get towels down early in the morning. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor issue we had was the air conditioning in the apartment bedroom wasn't great, but in the living area air conditioning was excellent.
