Golden Coast Beach Hotel

Visited with family in October half term via Jet2holidays. Main building and amenities are good, location is lovely, however the Superior Family Rooms in the Annex building are far from superior and 2* tops, instead of the 4* plus how they're advertised. The first room we got was incredibly dirty, not properly cleaned at all - this was rectified by the hotel manager after we reported it, we were moved to a different room which was cleaner. However, on top of of the uncleanliness the Annex family rooms are very worn down, shabby, mouldy bathroom, broken tiles, chipped furniture and stained curtains and bed linen. I would expect much more from a 4* hotel - the Annex building seems overdue for a refurbishment. The upper bunk bed is downright dangerous - there is a too large gap between the railing and the bed, smaller kids can easily fall through the gap and be seriously injured, I was constantly worried about my 10 year old. Food was okay, good selection, entertainment was enjoyable, staff is friendly and attentive. Outdoor pool is very cold. Overall, I would not be visiting again - not good value for the price.

Great getaway Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good sleep, good breakfast and spectacular views from your sunbed. But.. had absolute bad food experience from the pool bar: very expensive, unprofessional for 4 star hotel, smelly chicken burger with old warmed up chips. We stayed away from there rest of our holiday

Perfect The location of this hotel is perfect. 10 minute walk to the main Protarus strip with plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops. However far enough away to be quieter with a lovely beach.

Was only here for 3 days however the staff were friendly and kind and all the guests respectable and good. Would definitely stay here again.

We had our Wedding here in September - it was the best day of our lives! Felicity was incredible and we will forever be grateful to her for making everything so perfect. We had around 40 family members stay in the hotel and everyone loved it - we have already booked to come back next year for our anniversary :)
