Arkutino Family Resort

We are visiting the resort for a second time. Sadly, this summer we have experienced very poor service. The communication between the hotel and its guests is barely existent. The level of service compared to last year is significantly lower but the price stays the same. The bed sheets were shorter than the size of the bed, in the bathroom water was leaking from the shower cabin. The towel holder broke the first time, I tried to put a towel on it. The quality of the food was poor this year. Although they offer beach towels, it is very hard to get one as they never have enough ready to hand out. In the pool, there were bird droppings. It is overpriced for the level of service offered. The staff at reception are unprofessional and barely know how to communicate with the guests. Usually, if there is a message, they would leave a handwritten note under the door. The beach is superb, though we will not come back to the same hotel again. I would not recommend it to anyone who would like to have a nice, memorable holiday. There are other hotels nearby and we might try them out next year as the beach is great.

We had an amazing family holiday in Arcutino family resort!The rooms were spacious and very clean, the food was fresh, good variety, something for everyone,the staff were absolutely brilliant and the beach was lovely. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!
