We had a great time at the Lodge, really enjoyed our stay and the Game drive was awesome thanks to our guide Mac.

the reception is quite far from the actual lodge and luckily we didnt let the uber go because even walking from the reception to actual lodge with luggage was unrealistic i think they should actually have shuttle services that can take people from the reception to their rooms even if they make people pay extra cause along the way there are animals as well , the other thing is the staff doesnt advice on anything they just take you to your room and thats it they dont guide you on what to do if theres an emergency who and were to go to if you need help or anything we struggled using the shower coz it took so long to take out hot water we thought the hot water ws not avaible at all , the sheets had brown stains on them which was uncomfortable n i didnt sleep on them , one of the staff seemed so annoyed n tired and made us feel uncomfortable asking for further help , the snacks on the game drive were not ideal it was a literal lunch box with opened chips dried fruit s n peanuts having the snacks in closed packs for indivuals would be nice and hygenic and uber is very difficult to get so having transport arranged for pickup would be ideal .
