Breakfast and venue is very badly managed. I would not recommend this property to any family or friends

It included timeshares, B&Bs, “Zimmer Frei” and top of the range timeshare facilities and guest houses. Without a doubt, I can confidently affirm that this facility is truly exceptional. It deserves its place among the world's finest. It doesn't matter whether you're a connoisseur of luxury or someone who appreciates the finer things in life. My partner and I were celebrating our first anniversary together on the 2nd of Dec and so we booked the Accomodation at the villa Amor hoping for a good gateway. We bought the vouchers for 2 nights from Hyperli and were also asked to pay extra for the upgrade since the Hyperli rooms were all booked. We requested them for a early/ late checkout they said we had to pay extra R100 an hour. In no manner where they accomodating. And unfortunately we had an awful experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the owner was rather rude to us. When we asked one of the staff for help with our luggage the owner wasn’t happy, where as on their guest manual book in the room says we could ask the staff to help us with bags and assist with anything we needed. We didn’t have water throughout our stay in the upgraded room which is meant to be the better room. We tried to be patient about it and waited for the next morning to inform the owner. When we informed the owner she gave a whole detail about the new pump etc and that she will try have it sorted, then we requested for the breakfast in the soon since we had water problems and were unable to shower etc. the next morning (day of check out) tapes are dry and no water again. I called and asked, after an hour we had low pressure water and the water filling up in the shower flooding the whole bathroom, we barely managed to shower During checkout when handing over the room keys, my partner told the owner about our whole experience and how unhappy we were. The owner kept talking about her problems and saying that wasn’t in her control. Not to mention she didn’t even bother to give us breakfast that morning and we left anyway because this was all just too much and the owner didn’t seem to care. After the experience, I would really not recommend anyone to stay there, rather stay at a cheaper guesthouse and have a decent stay, than spending a lot of money for such an awful experience. The room was not worth the amount, the owner is arrogant, the breakfast wasn’t good, the bedding in the room wasn’t clean, the shower was flooding and we didn’t have water throughout, highly doubt if the 5 star rating on their website and on their walls are even geniune.

Misleading photos on website. Rustic feel is OK but cleanliness of accommodation needs to be addressed. Room smelt musty and could do with a deep clean. Bathroom needs attention, a good clean and maintenance. Friendly owners. Lovely grounds, but would not stay again.

Mediocre at best photos are very misleading,At most the charge should be R1000.rooms are 3 stars at best.Very disappointed.Payed R4000 and did not stay at the premise ended up booking in centurion……..
