Very disappointed! On my first night, I got given a stinky blanket and I returned it to the house keeping ladies. Then my room was cleaned the following day, and dirty towels were taken out but not replaced with clean ones. I went personally to the reception desk downstairs to report this, as the lady on duty was not answering my calls from the room. She promised to arrange for clean towels to be delivered to my room but they never arrived. The next morning I had to shower without any towels.

Poor Service,. Fridge in room was noisy, I called to inform, the answer I got was we will get back to you on Friday. I checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Sunday. All these days with a noisy fridge in the room.

Convenient location Very convenient location. Check in took longer than normal. 2 x Rooms on the same floor was requested when we made the booking (almost a year in advance) They confirmed the rooms will be close to each other via a phone call the morning of check in. However, at check in they informed us that they could not assist with the request. We booked 3 x rooms. The one Room 503 - toilet was running the whole time and could not flush. It was reported to reception.

Everything was excellent. Cleanliness was on another level. We did enjoy and willing to come back again with the lowest price we can trust.

Bad experiance From the point of arrival, the front desk staff where unfriendly and seemed to be in a rush. Got to the aparment and it was stunning like in the pictures however my tv did not work and the telephone was not in order. Its a nightmare to contact the front desk especially from a cellphone. Maintenace is a bit on the low side as the apratment was full of cracks and moisture. I would have rather used that amount of money on air bnb for a home rather.

Perfect Amazing apartment all mod cons room service daily. Restaurant not a huge menu but good service a bit slow. Great little gym.

Stay away Nasty reception, poor wifi, unhelpful, poor location

Nothing to say. i am really disappointed with the level of service we received during our stay. No one was helpful at all, when you phone reception no one answers, so what is the point of having the telephone in the room

I stayed at the regancy for my matric dance. The staff was so helpful and supportive. The places is so beautiful that my pictures came my so nicely. My family loved this hotel. It was worth the money to spend my special day here ❤️✨️
