I will never stay at a Best Western ever again and I hope you don’t either. The service is outrageously bad, especially at the Prescatonian. If you try to tell the manager, they will kick you out of the hotel. If you call customer service national they will do nothing to support you. The Prescatonian charged me for a night that I didn’t stay after they kicked me out and they are still holding my belongings including my work computer. I came to AZ to visit my sick Grandmother. I am only here for 48 hours. They wasted 3 hours of my day and are still charging me even though this all happened at 12:30PM, barely past late check out. Please boycott this business. I am a tax paying, hard working citizen who has no criminal record whatsoever.

Stayed for the weekend and didn’t spend much time in the room. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean. It’s a motel that needs major renovating. Stairs are metal and wobbly. Air conditioner in wall blows air 24/7. The room is old…bed creaky and not comfy. The shower is one I’d expect to find in a 1975 house that hasn’t been updated. Kleenex box in the wall. Bright window in the shower area and no door in the sink area so if anybody is getting ready early in the morning, everybody is going to see the bright lights. It honestly just feels like we’ve slipped back 20 years. But at least it was clean. Would I stay again? No.

The bed was very uncomfortable with a big divot or dip in the middle of it so you had to sleep at the very edge so you wouldn't fall into that divot. It creaked all night it was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The smell in the room was of sewerage and cigarette smoke and probably cheap Hairspray. That's the best I can describe it. I could not sleep and it was difficult having to breathe in the mustiness in the air of that room. I tried to turn on the AC but that didn't help it seemed to make it worse. I wonder if there's mold or something going on in that hotel. I would not recommend it for anybody especially for the prices they charge. The eggs and sausage served at breakfast we're cold and bland.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby is the best looking part of the motel. Don’t be fooled. Room was clean but very old. Rug, couch, furnishings were dated and worn. Wi-if was weak and only worked outside of the room. Breakfast staff were friendly and kept the breakfast room clean. The breakfast buffet itself was poor. The coffee seemed to be instant coffee with a weird foam when poured from the dispenser. Half and half was rationed. Once the pitcher was empty in the morning it was not refilled. Eggs and sausage were hidden behind a door and you had to ask for a portion. I was disappointed and I would not stay again.

Functional, clean and convenient. Great for basic lodging but you are unlikely to want to spend too much time at the motel as the grounds are quite limited. Helpful staff, good size rooms and comfy quiet bed. Nice Mexican restaurant on the site.
