房間有飛蟲，離市區較遠，環境好，服務好。房間大，但燈光較暗，空調不太好調節，其他都還不錯，有野趣 免費每日下午茶:好 每日特別午餐:好

整個酒店度假式的， 在郊區，安靜原生態，喜歡逛街，愛熱鬧的慎選。和之前住的市內酒店比，服務員非常羞澀，衹保留必要溝通，比如我不説給我倒點水，就讓我直接點飲料。 套餐裏有當季水果，我不問就當不知道。房間很大，當地風情，開窗即是景。不過給我們安排的房間估計很久沒人住了，有蜘蛛網，保險櫃沒電，灰塵很大，住兩晚，第二晚直接沒有evening cleaning。

與好友一同出行，本來擔心酒店位置偏僻，容易有蚊蟲，到了才發現酒店內外的環境都超級棒，餐食亦很有特色😃預訂時備註了做除蟲處理，也很貼心地滿足了🥰

Can’t describe how much I love this place!! Highly recommend this hotel. The design of the hotel is excellent! The service is excellent as well! All staffs are modest and friendly.

Ausence of Maitenance, looks better in pictures, we asked for a room of 3 and my daughter needs to sleep in a mattress on the floor

Very quiet country setting. Staff hardworking and accommodating. Limited amenities. Limited staff. More isolated. Poor access to attractions, shops, restaurants. No working in-room phone. Spotty WiFi. Water not working.

"We were staying at this hotel for 6 nights for a dream holiday as it looks beautiful and I expect probably is. The hotel were very good at arranging tours via email and keeping in contact with us etc. One week before we left for Cambodia a few days ago we were informed that the hotel was being renovated and closed and we would have to move hotels. Our booking luckily was pay at the property so we hadn't paid. We were upset after two months planning our dream trip there but accepted that these things sometimes happen albeit very last minute. "Herewith, we would like to notify you that your reservation at Mane Hariharalaya has been confirmed correctly. However, we feel sorry to inform you regarding your reservation, in which we have to close our hotel for urgent renovation during that period. In response, we are delighted to apprise you that we have our sister property named Mane Family Vacation, and your reservation moved there. Consequently, you will stay at Mane Family Vacation with the room type Two-Bedroom Home instead of Mane Hariharalaya. Moreover, the benefits you will receive are still the same as you would get at Mane Hariharalaya. Also we would like to offer you one-time one hour each of massage during your stay." The benefits at the hotel were to be; "- Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival - Daily Breakfast - Daily Afternoon Tea - Daily Round Trip to Town (1 time per day) - Daily Four-set Khmer Lunch (Exclusive drinks) - Daily complimentary seasonal fruit platter from Mane Farm - Complimentary check-in and check-out services (subject to availability)" When we got to the sister hotel we were told we would not receive any of these benefits and the restaurant in a muddy field was now closed completely but we could use an app to get food delivered in or move to a different THIRD hotel! It was disgusting to be treated like this. The management at Mane Hariharilaya when we asked to speak to them on the phone were conveniently unavailable. I believe they are overbooked and full and needed us to leave as we were staying too long but to lie and move you to a muddy hotel with no facilities is something I have never experienced in 30 years of travelling the world. I have never wished to leave bad feedback and haven't before but it's a warning about the hotel which I am sure is probably nice and was why we waste to stay here. As travellers reading reviews you have to go through what is positive and negative and make decisions based on fact and gut. This is simply to make you aware that this particular hotel let us down very badly at the last minute and have not addressed our concerns. It's not written out of bitterness and we have not lost anything financially fortunately but just as a warning. We are VERY happy in our new hotel and will enjoy this beautiful country and people."

Magnifique Hôtel paisible loin de l’agitation de la ville. Un cadre somptueux et une villa avec piscine fabuleuse. Un service parfait, de nombreux avantages nous ont été offert en qualité de membre VIP ********** . Jamais nous n’en avions eu autant. Massages d’une heure pour deux et dîner avec boissons pour le premier soir offerts.(environ 180$en mois sur la note) Nous étions sur WhatsApp pour communiquer nos demandes avec la jeune fille de l’accueil, transferts, petits dej, horaires… et même les jours de repos elle nous renseignait. Du jamais vu , Service exceptionnel et avec le sourire en permanence.

Séjour tres agréable Très agréable, au calme. Le personnel, bien que pas formé à 100%, est tres serviable, disponible et respectueux. Un hôtel qui donne pour une fois de vrai avanatages aux membres gold. Je recommande.

Wir waren begeistert! Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr empfehlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Service ist außerordentlich und stets bemüht einen jeden noch so außergewöhnlichen Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt und selbstverständlich sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

A sacred place to (re-) propose A jewel of secluded resorts (20 min to town with free hotel shuttle) not widely known as it opened just before the pandemic, and only relaunched this April. We celebrated our 32nd anniversary with a wonderful 5-night stay and were even surprised with an anniversary cake and a bouquet and suggested I proposed again! All the wonderful suggestions came from the staff, in particular Rin who was full of innovative ideas, and tells much of the thoughtful and cheerful team! Place is gorgeous and great as a base to visit Angkor Wat. A very memorable stay at Mane Hariharalaya.
