Overall experience was quite satisfying. We've booked the pool facing cottage rooms, and the view was splendid from there. The pool itself was very clean and comforting, and during evening it was enjoyable enough to sit by pool side and enjoy a cup of tea with snacks. The restaurant has two options Bengali and Chinese food, and the quality of food is also good. Only complaint I have is they could have kept few more options in the breakfast.

Hotel Dip holidays located far away from Bolpore , neatest Railway station name" Prantik". We have booked 2 standard AC rooms with Breakfast Complimentary! But all rooms in this hotel too small to any other hotel in Santikikatan, Bolpor. I booked room according to there Photo post on MMT but seen different senario. Room is too small to not accommodate 2 persons in this room for staying ! Bath room to small & dirty ! No spare for drop luggage bag. Room service are not satisfactory ! Swimming pool water to dirty ! to enable to bath there..! Suggestions for clean hotel team management but not any response. Next segment Food , Food are to costly according to teast & Hygienic! overall not recommended anyone to stay this property

The place is near the station and an ample number of totos are available.The location is very good and not congested at all. The size of the pool is indeed very big but the hotel management should clean it properly.The water colour turned green due to non maintenance and the bottom of the pool is not visible due to dirty water. The mache vat e bengali restaurant's food was good but a bit overpriced. The rooms were good and spacious and all amenities were present as was written on the website. The staff behaviour was very good and always eager to help. Overall an average stay which could have been better if hotel management had taken cleanliness policy by heart.

this stay is not worthy according to its price... amenities they provide is not properly maintained... swimming pool was untidy. bell and telephone was not working...even staffs were very much rude...I would never recommend this further.

Very beautiful place and a good location. Staff behaviour is very good. Dip Holidays inhouse restaurant food quality is very good.
