Well second time I’ve been here, forgot there’s no tv but no need really, set up as a healthy resort, however hardly a retreat.
Rooms haven’t changed a bit, indeed not as nice as before and no upgrades. Grass on beach villa needed cut, rooms small and ants in the room. The plus points are its bang next to the beach which is more tidal than hour glass sand, very peaceful and not many things around.
Food is very good, afternoon tea a nice treat and as before the eggs Benedict still hasn’t found a decent holidays sauce. Thai food better, but in general the breakfast is very nice.
Staff friendly although the evening male receptionist needs some smile lessons. The rest are great and very helpful.
The spa is ok, well trained staff but in my opinion too expensive. Probably on par with a five star price, however it’s just not that good.
All in all nice place, peaceful but needs some improvements to maintain their price point.

Отель в поселке в получасе езды на такси от центра Хуахина. Прекрасный пляж под окнами, релакс в номере и на берегу. В не сезон нередко один на всем пляже. Завтрак восхитительный. Единение с природой, отключение от суеты. В шаговой доступности есть кафе и 7eleven. Есть сложности с вызовом такси из поселка.

For visit the area of huahin and have to drive 30 minute longer to get into this area - the villa itself was ok , cos it’s not near the beach. The hotel with the beach view rooms. If we had stayed there. I think the vibe will be better. Now we stayed a bit further and need to drive longer. I don’t think I will go back again .
If I am a hiker maybe I will stayed this area again for more nature trails
1. You need to train your restaurant staff immediately to no lie on non-sense issue.
2. Breakfast Hygiene
3. Cleanliness of in-room pillow especially the big grey one.
4. In-room amenities. If anything or all are on request, MUST inform it clearly.
5. Re-use in-room slippers : by your property level, you should not use re-use in-room slippers.
