Alina Bostan3/5just now on  Google I stayed here for 2 nights. The room is not of 4*: the toilet was broken (nobody came to repair it), WC objects rusted and old, stale smell in the room . Initialy the heating system was not working (they reccomended to use AC). Probably others complained as during the night they started the heating system. Spa Center is nuce but still there are areas where they need to paint and repare. They have a nice list of services massages but only 2 ladies, so its big capacity you can olu book max 1 time per day. Hamam area was not working due to lack of personnel. Good food, nice waiters.

If you want to waste 100 euros a day for nothing, go to this hotel. A big disappointment. Mess in the room and in the bathroom (peeling plaster, mold everywhere, bad smell) The windows are broken, pieces of wood keep falling out of them The spa smells of mold and the floor is sticky I don't think the windows have been washed for several years. The beds make you feel like you are in the castle of horror. The furniture in the room had swollen and dented veneer. The refrigerator was placed in the cupboard and when it started it made a very loud noise. The restaurant is a big joke. I served the meal on the evening of arrival and everything was reheated, nothing was done then on the spot. Breakfast consists of the lowest quality products, Telemeaua was made of palm oil and dust, the salami was oxidized and dry. They had spinach and I don't think the spinach was washed because the sand was grinding between the teeth. Initially we booked for 2 nights but after the first night we left. We moved to Rm Valcea to a hotel that can really be called a 4-star hotel. I recommend the Palace managers to sleep and see the dances in 4-star hotels how a real hotel should look.

There for 2 nights during a business trip with a colleague. First bad experience: he got a really dirty room. Went down to the reception and got another room, which was still occupied by other guests when he walked in. Room numbers 3 was ok, but very small. Looks nice on the outside, but Straight out of ww1 on the inside of the rooms. They say it got renovated, but we did not see it in the rooms. Mediocre restaurant. Food was ok, waiting times terrible. Asked a waiter for the bill, waited and she never returned. Another waiter stopped by, it took us 30min just to pay. The day after there is a big party so loud that you can hear it all over the Mountain side. Probably understaffed as well, as I sat there waiting for 15mins and no one approached with a menu card. Asked for it at cashier, they were out of menu cards, we left instead of waiting longer for nothing. Never tried their wellness

The hotel from the outside looks amazing like one of the hotels you see and fantasize about on vacation. The rooms are large and spacious, but... Very poor level of maintenance. In one of the rooms the shower head did not work, and the bathtub is too small. We were moved to another room, where the soap in the shower didn't work. There was a cockroach in the shower. When we contacted the reception, they expressed regret about it but did not really solve the problem.

Non ho soggiornato ma ho utilizzato la Spa e non può essere chiamata così. Attrezzature datate e piscine con presenza di sabbia all'interno. Le signore della reception scocciante a dare informazioni e alla nostra domanda del perché non andasse l'idromassaggio, hanno risposto che dovevano accenderlo ed in 40minuti non ha mai funzionato. Una Spa che non può essere chiamata Spa. Servizio pessimo e pessima Spa. Sconsigliata

Pros: Excellent location, front desk - good service Cons: everything in the room and around was old and poorly maintained, with that appearance of being never thoroughly cleaned, poor quality amenities, doors won't close properly, spa area stale musty air, breakfast with not enough choices and serving stuff always looking like not available

I will start my review with the best parts of our stay. The hotel has a great arhitecture, spectacular I could say, the rooms are confortable and clean. Food was good, but not four stars. Unfortunately, these are the only good parts. Now, the minuses: - pools : durty and cold water; -in hamam and sauna we couldn't stay because of the horrible smell; - the jaccuzzi splashed you every second, it was rather irritating than relaxing. THAT IS NOT A JACUZZI. -the food area too small compared to the capacity of the hotel, poor variation of food, crowded, food from evening served in the morning; -the juices from the machines of the worst quality, you could feel the chemical taste and you could see de chemical colour; -on our floor there was the smell of cigarette smoke, even if smoking in the rooms is forbidden; - on our floor there was a cat walking in the morning and grooming at the doors. We love animals, but that was inappropriate in a 4 stars hotel; -outside the hotel, lot of dogs make you feel unsecure. We left sooner than we should and certainly will not go back. NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL !

nice location but thats it:( very poor condition based on the price for one night, terrible staff, most probabily they were put there only for to make a figuration not for help, we wait for 4 hour for the room, and in the end we left the hotel and find another one.A long tie on the reception area, it looks like a tie for entering at the theatre not a hotel.never come back again.

The hotel is nice and clean. A little bit dusted it needs a refresh. The have a lot of Spa facilities an you can spend some time there. The restaurant menu is boring and the food is bellow average. The stuff is borderline unpleasant which makes the experience bad if you add also the poor quality of the meals. Is nice for 1-2 day but I imagine you can find better in the area.
