Huoneessa ei ole ilmaista pullotettua vettä 5. Aamiainen on runsas, mutta annoksia ei vaihdeta, ja siihen kyllästyy kolmantena päivänä. 6. Ilmastointilaite tikittää kellon kaltaista ääntä, vaikka se ei ole päällä."

"This is a very poor hotel with zero tolerance for people who have allergic issues they don't care about these things. Any simple request from the crew members was automatically rejected. Soy milk with oet meal they can't make because its difficult to make it but with milk its okay so if you allergic to milk nothing to eat in their poor brakefast with one or two star leve of food. No basic items such as avocado, banana, forest fruits, ginger and etc this elements are basic in any 4 star hotels but this hotel is fake one and why this for example for the gym you need to pay extra 10 euro not for each day which make sense but for each enter meaning the gym don't belong to the hotel also the spa and souna so the hotel rank must be two star hotel."

"Horrible!! Well this was not a hotel Ive booked by myself and it was a complete disaster. Arrived by bus and the first sight outside gave me a real bad reaction. Complete mess at the reception by arrival. Rooms - well think back at the 60-70ties . We had 3beds , ok two of them was soft and the third hard like a stone . The train was passing by every 3 minutes between 5.30 and midnight. Bathroom - fint know when the shower has been properly cleaned . But plus for the toweldryer (maybe thats why it has 3*? Breakfast - when coming down the stairs you heard the high noise level and it was even worse in the breakfast room. Breakfast was really poor and only one of 3 coffee machines was working. I dont agree that its close to the old city., walking distance at least 2,5 km.. If taking the underground its ok but you have to walk long distances . No taxis/cabs are available on streets without having an account at Bolt. (cab company in Prag) Can Never recommend this hotel . "

"Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Review Title: Mishandled Room Request and Refund Refused We booked 4 nights at Occidental Praha Five but checked out one night early due to repeated service failures — despite this, we tried to be reasonable, as we are just travelers trying to enjoy our trip, not cause trouble. Our clear request for two single beds was ignored. We were given a queen bed, then moved — again to a queen. A blanket was handed to us so we could “make do.” The next day, nothing was fixed. After calling reception and waiting 40 minutes, a non-English-speaking cleaner came, confused, and simply threw another blanket on the bed. That was it. Only after Trip.com intervened did the hotel send us a fruit plate and a bottle of wine — which we did not drink and in fact returned to the reception, because we weren’t looking for superficial gestures — we just wanted the room we booked. We checked out on Sunday and requested a refund for the unused fourth night. We were told it needed approval from higher management. On Monday, we were shocked to hear the refund was refused, based on the false claim that we never checked out — despite having paid the tourism tax and received an invoice. We were also wrongly accused of drinking minibar water, which we clearly explained was untouched. This refund is for a night we did not use, and under basic consumer rights, we are entitled to it. The hotel’s disorganization and refusal to take responsibility made a simple issue unnecessarily stressful. I do not recommend this hotel."
