친절하고 방도 넓고 청결하고 최고의 숙소였습니다 위치도 까를교 바로앞이라 너무 좋았어요 조식도 알차서 프라하 여행을 다시 한다면 또 오고 싶습니다

前台很熱情，提供很多旅遊資訊，咖啡和茶直接去餐區喝，不限時間很棒。離查理大橋很近，也不吵，真的很方便。早餐樣式也很豐富。唯一美中不足，房間有點不太隔音，凌晨有人入住就聽得見。不過衹是走廊的聲音會影響，總體上體驗挺不錯的。

HOTEL CONSIGLIATISSIMO!! Zona centralissima, proprio sul famigerato Ponte Carlo, pieno di locali eleganti e carini. Il personale è stato squisito, disponibile, gentile, cordiale... La camera meravigliosa... spaziosa, pulita, curata e soprattutto unica per via della cappella interna. Colazione SUPER!

Good service, great location. Away from the hustle and bustle on the other side of Charles Bridge, but close enough to enjoy the vibe.

Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The room was cosy, nice and super clean as the bathroom which was also renovated and modern. The breakfast was great, a lot of different options were available and it's for free. And the best part next to the perfect location close to the Charles bridge was definitely Alice. I've never met such a nice receptionist, she is great, always kind and having a smile on her face. So I absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely go back when being in Prague again.

I confirm that all the positive reviews you see in trip.com are true. The hotel itself is a 13th century building, located in less than 5 min walk from Charles Bridge. It’s a modern hotel inside equipped with air conditioners, heater, shower facilities and lift. We have ordered 4 rooms which have different layout. Front desk staff are super friendly, can speak fluent English, are able to give fabulous recommendations on restaurant and sight seeing. The breakfast is not fancy but delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friend.
