호텔시설이나 조식은 전체적으로 만족스러우나, 위치가 도심에서 좀 떨어져 있어서 도심으로 접근하는 것이 조금 불편합니다. 물론 근처에 트램이 많이 다니고 있어서 트램을 타고 접근할 수는 있습니다. 객실 내 냉장고가 비치되어 있지 않아 일부 불편한 점이 있습니다. 접객을 담당하는 직원들은 친절하게 응대해 주셨습니다.

這個酒店讓我很失望，跟平台上顯示的圖片中的房間完全不一樣，他們的價格也有時標的不合理，如果你只是住一住可以選擇它，如果對環境有一定的要求的話一定不能選它，環境差太多了,它頂多值四百元人民幣一晚

The staff are nice and friendly. Near in both bus and tram station.

Some rooms have no windows and it's almost impossible to stay there. Location not fantastic. Breakfast and the personal which were serving it was amazing. Thank you ladies, for that.

Back after a year. Accommodation was in the building accross the street. Breakfast was above average. Location near tram/bus not far from centre.

Although the hotel is not located right in tourist spots, but there is everything you need such as restaurants, bars, cafes and many others. Breakfast is excellent. Service is exceptional especially the reception guy named Antonin, he recommended the good restaurant, the good bar, which are all perfect! He's really helpful.

Good location near alot of small storrs. Good value for price. Front desk seemed understaffed and confusion on free drink gift. Very nice shower.

This hotel was bigger than we expected and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with how modern the reception area is. There is also a very nice breakfast dining area, although there was sometimes a bit of a struggle to get a table in the mornings due to the hotel being quite full. To get to your room, you pass through a really nice courtyard area (pictured) which is lit up at night and has cozy blankets on each chair. The corridors were sparse and basic - the upgrading clearly hasn’t got quite that far. They were all clean and tidy though. Our room was large and nicely furnished, if a little dated. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Top tip from us is to use Uber to get to places like Wenceslas Square - I don’t think we paid over £3 for any journey! Also - book a table in the Tiki Taki bar on the road next to the hotel - it’s excellent, but very busy, so you can’t just walk in! This hotel was an ideal base for visiting all of the attractions and is walking distance 35-40 mins to the old town.

Wir hatten ein Comfort Zimmer gebucht, insbesondere der Sanitärbereich war aber schon in die Jahre gekommen und war nicht ganz so sauber. Die Einfachverglasung hat wenig Lärm abgehalten, so dass man Nachts häufiger wach wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und sehr lecker. Schon beim Check In gab es jedoch Probleme. Da die Software des Hotels unser gebuchtes Frühstück nicht korrekt angezeigt hat, wollte man dies verwehren bzw. hat uns aufgefordert dies mit ******* zu klären. Ich hätte erwartet, dass das Personal dies übernimmt. Dank dem engagierten und netten Mitarbeiter von ******* haben wir aber doch noch unser Frühstück erhalten.

Vel staðsett en rúm óþæginleg Three Crowns hluti hótelsins er gamall, líkt og hótel íbúðir og allt vel komið til ára sinna. Rúmin voru mjög óþægileg og engar hreinlætisvörur til staðar. Útsýni úr herbergi var ekki til staðar. Staðsetningin var góð upp á samgöngur í gamla bæinn.

L’albergo si divide in due strutture una vecchia, dove abbiamo alloggiato e presumo una nuova. Stanze grandi ma pulizia che lasciava a desiderare, un bollitore con polvere e che puzzava di aceto, riscaldamento con radiatori credo del 1800…uscivi dalla stanza e nel corridoio si gelava, sempre perché c’erano i radiatori ma spentiii!!Con -4 gradi fuori dentro la stanza ma in tutta la struttura direi dovresti girare a maniche corte e non con sciarpa e cappello!!! Unica nota positiva la colazione. Solo quella.
