Wonderful hotel, I would like to come back again next time!

Dobrze zlokalizowany hotel. Blisko do lotniska i stacji metra. Budynek w stylu lat 80-tych ubiegłego wieku. Hotel dysponuje swoim parkingiem, ale obok są dostępne miejsca płatne od poniedziałku do piątku. Pokój przestronny, czysty z ładnym widokiem (wyższe piętra). Najsłabszy element pokoju to łóżko/a. Niby połączone, ale z wybitną tendencją do rozjeżdżania się :). Do łazienki brak uwag. W hotelu jest kilka wind, więc nie ma długiego czasu oczekiwania. Najsłabszy punkt to chyba śniadania. Niby spory wybór, ale jakość taka sobie. Tym niemniej z pobytu byłem zadowolony tym bardziej, że cena jest naprawdę dobra.

Good and easy access to central Prague via tram or subway. Situated in a quiet area. Hotel restaurant offers a good menu at a reasonable price. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Price of rooms reasonable and affordable. Can recommend.

Booked five "superior" rooms for five adults at over £70 a night, for five nights. Rooms were very basic so I dread to think what a standard room is like. Beds not comfortable and lots of door banging at all hours so kept being woken up. Bathroom was at least ok and plenty of hot water in the shower. It looks to me as if the bathrooms have recently been refurbished but the room itself got forgotten. The cleaner visited twice but I'm not sure that much cleaning actually took place, the room was certainly not vacuumed. Breakfast was a little hit and miss and quality of food was among the worst I've had in Prague. On our final morning we arrived with half an hour to spare and found staff clearing food away leaving lots of guests competing for what was left. Requests for replenishment were met with a shrug of the shoulder. Location for Prague's excellent public transport system is ideal but it is around 5km from the main tourist centre. Spending just a little more will get you a much nicer hotel in this wonderful city.

Horrible restaurant. I choosed meal (dumplings filled by smoked meat with cabbage). The person serving the meal warned me that I have to wait for 7 minutes the dumblings to be done. I waited for more than 15 minutes and when the lady noticed me, she found, that she doesn't have cabbage enough. So she took the demonstrative portion which lays two hours on the table nearby the restaurant entry. She put the portion into microwave owen and once it was heaten she just changed the dumplings (which were prepared in the meantime). I remitted to eat such grub! Horrible restaurant! Never more!!!

Nous avons dû séjourner dans cet hôtel suite à l’annulation de notre vol. Le personnel à l’accueil était très sympa. La chambre était très ancienne, mais la literie et la chambre étaient propres. J’ai vu que d’autres chambres ont été rénovées. Petit déjeuner très simple Le tram pour l’aéroport est à 8 minutes à pied.

Hotel céntrico y buen relación calidad precio. Buena recepción pero... A las 8 dé la mañana empiezan a oírse voces y risas y yo pensaba que eran algunos huéspedes o despedida de soltera... Pero no. Son las limpiadoras!! Cómo quieras dormir más allá de la hora que llegan las limpiadoras busca otro hotel. Si vas lejos de pensar que estoy exagerando lo mismo piensas que hasta me quedé corto. Llevó toda mi vída llendo a hoteles y no he visto nada parecido. Sé nota que el dueño no va por ahí y si hay un director o algo parecido le da igual 8 que 80. Por eso le pongo lo mínimo que sé puede poner

Super Hotel! I zasługuje nie na 3 a na 4 gwiazdki! Bardzo czysto,zarówno w pokojach jak i w całym Hotelu. Łóżka mają porządne i widać,że nowe materace,bardzo wygodne,zresztą pościel też. W pokojach są czyściutkie ręczniki,także duże kąpielowe. Personel przemiły i pomocny. Wystrój Hotelu elegancki,windy są cztery i są bardzo szybkie. Na holu obok Recepcji automat z kawą i herbatą,co prawda dodatkowo płatny ale wrzącą wodę ma się za darmo-trzeba mieć tylko jakiś swój kubeczek no i swoją herbatkę lub kawkę. Jest także obok Recepcji mini Barek z różnymi napojami typu Coca Cola i piwo oraz wino. Nie wiem w jakich godzinach jest otwarty,nie zwróciłam na to uwagi,możliwe,że czynny całą dobę. Z czystym sercem polecam ten Hotel. Gdy jeszcze raz wybiorę się do Pragi to na pewno będę nocowała w tym Hotelu.

A terrible mishap happened to me and my family on 16 August 2023. The fact is I am Ukrainian who sent her son to Prague to continue his studies interrupted by the war in Ukraine. He was 17 and left for Prague in March 2022. Now he is a student at The Prague Technical University. I hadn't seen him for a year and 5 months. At the beginning of August, my son, Valentyn, booked a room in hotel Krystal, Prague. He thought he had booked for three nights of 16, 17, 18 August 2023. On 16 August, my elderly mother, my daughter and I arrived in Prague for the first time to visit him. We came to the hotel, and at the reception, we found out that my son had confused the month and had booked on 16, 17, 18 September. We were shocked considering we were exhausted after a 30-hour bus trip from Kyiv. I also realized that according to their rules, they were not going to return money in case of canceling the booking. No doubt it is a huge financial burden to our family at the moment. What is appalling is that nobody at the reception didn't offer us any help, even a glass of water for my mother. They just let us go nowhere. I wrote an email to the hotel on 18 August, attaching our bus tickets for the dates in August. Nobody bothered to respond, not to mention offer at least partial reimbursement, considering there is a month ahead before 16 September.

Voy a intentar dar mi opinión para ayudar a los viajeros. Éste hotel cubre las necesidades de alguien que está todo el día fuera, una conexión perfecta con el aeropuerto en bus y centro de Praga a 5 paradas en metro. Desayuno aceptable pero para coger energías para disfrutar de Praga. Las habitaciones, directamente, no las limpian, tampoco nos afectó los 3 días que estuvimos, pero deberían explicarlo. Te dejan un triste sobre de gel para la ducha(nosotros nos llevamos de casa). Consejo, llegad cenados a la vuelta, pq no hay nada en los alrededores (una tienda de bocadillos en el metro que cierra a las 21 en días laborales y a las 18 el sábado y domingo. En definitiva, volvería a ése hotel por la efectividad en las conexiones.
