My Room AC was so noisy I asked the reception to fix the problem or change my room but Unfortunately they didn’t care

清潔感があってとても素敵なホテルです！ プラハ中央駅からも歩いて5分程度なので、とても便利です。朝ごはんは最高に美味しいので、プランを考えている人は朝食追加することをお勧めします！！

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Noch nie so einen hervorragenden Service erlebt wie in diesem Hotel. Kristina an der Rezeption ist eine unglaublich sympathische, emphatische und hilfsbereite Person. Einfach pure Begeisterung. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und auch eine Tram-Station befindet sich um die Ecke. Mit der App „PID Lítačka“ könnt ihr sowohl einfach Tickets buchen als auch jede Art von Verbindung leicht ersehen und auch die Abfahrtszeiten sind dort abrufbar. Empfehlung! Wichtig! Reserviert unbedingt vorab einen Parkplatz, durch neue Gesetze ist das Parken am Straßenrand wohl fast ausschließlich nur für Bewohner angedacht (um dem car trafic der Touristen zu umgehen). Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage für ca 10 Fahrzeuge. Absolut verdiente 5 Sterne!

Very convenient, we just parked our car then took public transport. Very safe place & peoples there friendly. Just took a Uber to reach the Royal palace not expensive.

A great Hotel, about 2-min walk from the powder tower, and another couple of min wake to the old town square. We booked a double deluxe room which was clean and good size with view of the city at the front of the hotel. The room was clean and kept clean throughout our stay. The front desk staff were very friend and helpful. Where able to advise on restaurants to eat on our arrival as we didn't have much time to search for our selves and need something quickly. From a hotel and room to spend a comfortable night in and explore the city during the day, it was perfect for what we needed it for. If I go to Prague again, I would seriously consider this hotel again.
