Buena relación calidad precio, a 20 min andando del Reloj Astronómico, con supermercados y restaurantes al lado. Amplia habitación y bonita.

Near to kfc and mcd also surtounding lots of eating place, mini mart just next door. Breakfast is good. Not much selection but good enough.

疫情前在這個酒店住了三年，位置非常方便就在地鐵旁邊，價格適中，但性價比很高，也很乾凈。

位置不錯，價格也不錯，房間也挺大，前台的服務員態度都很好，離老城區廣場坐22路10幾分鐘到，也可以走路過去。來了布拉格才發現，景點基本靠走路都可以到達。

Scorching weather up to 27 degrees (Uk, London was record breaking heat, so you can imagine temperatures here). Could not put on air conditioning as the hotel have overall control so not accessible from your room, u willing to put the air conditioning on as they felt the season was not the hottest it could be. So no air conditioning, no fridge to cool own water bottles. Unbearable room temperature. Water bottles not on a daily basis, however cool drinking water available in reception, when it had run out, I asked if it could be refilled to that the response was you can buy a bottle at the vending machine. Unfortunately, I still have one night to go and have had a lovely trip with my partner in the city but wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Also, when booking we stated it was a couples trip, unfortunately the single beds was all we could have. They did try and change us, at the cost of additional €20 per night however this wouldn’t work as we had three nights booked and they had already booked the room for another customer. The location is great, staff are pleasant but not really accommodating. Basics like air conditioning and water on vacation are not of concern to them, once booked and secured. Need to improve!. They have provided small fan, that goes off it the wire moves however does not cool the room down at all.

Positives - friendly reception team, especially Martin who helped me with a query I had during my stay. great location close to metro (Namesti Miru on green line is easiest stop if coming from airport with lots of luggage rather than changing to get to the slightly closer IP Pavola on red line), there is a little supermarket couple of doors down which is good for drinks and snacks (there is a vending machine in the hotel as well), and a pharmacy next door, excellent bakery & coffee shops on same side of the road and a market in the green space out the front. Negatives - pillows are awful, can't open the windows, carpet in bedroom needs serious deep clean (grateful for the slippers), shower head is fixed and very high, breakfast was closer to a 3 star than a 4 star hotel but adequate
