Hotel Aron

Llegamos al hotel sobre las 22:30, cual fue nuestra sorpresa, que la puerta y la recepción estaban cerradas. Si bien es verdad que hay un cartel con el teléfono para llamar y hacer el Chek in, ya nos dio mala espina. Cuando apareció la persona que nos abrió a los 10 minutos, nos "atendió" en pijama y zapatillas y de forma no muy amable. La habitación pequeña, bastante antigua sin tv y con un baño muy mejorable. La limpieza en nuestra opinión casi inexistente. Las sábanas no nos las cambiaron en 7 noches que estuvimos allí. Llegábamos por la noche, a ducharnos y al menos 2 o 3 días, únicamente nos habían dejado toalla para una persona, siendo dos en la habitación. La moqueta se ve que está sucia, debajo de la cama un horror. Y el desayuno, si bien es verdad que está incluido en el precio, no tiene apenas variedad. Por si fuera poco, lo que más nos molestó fue al hacer el Chek out, nos cobraron otras 800 coronas, supuestamente por tasas, cuando era un precio cerrado. Muy, muy descontentos. Aconsejo gastar un poco más y disfrutar de mejor servicio.

I made a reservation for a room priced at 44.00 EUR. It was an agreement between me, the host, and the booking site (***********). To my surprise, when I checked in the hotel, the host demanded the 44.00 EUR full in cash. When I refused it, the host offered an alternative which was a higher price in the local currency CZK. Since I was from abroad and nowhere else to go, I had to take it. I ended up paying the inflated price + an exchange fee. I filed a complaint to ***********, but it was no help. On top of that, the place was a mess. There were a lot of debris and pieces of hairs inside and outside the room. When I first used the shower, it took a good 10 minutes or so to get hot water with a stable water pressure. Other travelers I talked were not happy about the abysmal abuse that was Aaron. You know what the host did afterward? She demanded a good review! Unbelievable. Furthermore, the lock at the gate and doors were very primitive; you could tell it is not difficult to break into the property from outside. Since the neighbourhood is not particularly nice, you know what could happen. Lastly, the host hardly speaks English. Avoid aaron at all cost. If you have no choice, do it at your own peril.
