進房後發現電視和空調都開不了，走到前台告知當值人員。過了沒多久，他們就上來檢查，空調的問題處理好了，但電視始終未能看。
工作人員的效率還是要讚一下☺️

프라하 여행하기 정말 좋아요 호텔 근처에 강가 있어서 산책하기도 좋고 안델역에서 가까워서 음식점 가기도 좋고 올드시티 가기워한 트램타는곳도 가깝습니다. 추천합니다

Traffic is rather convenient especially you are traveling with RegioJet bus, the bus stop is walkable to the hotel, also metro is close.
Check-in way is a bit confusing, when I arrived there is nobody at the reception and said only certain time will have man in there, so I waited and waited because my SIM card cannot call local telephone. Luckily I saw there is a message saying can be reached out through WhatsApp, that really saved my life. should better inform guests in advance.
The most expensive hotel in my trip(from Budapest to Vienna to cesky krumlov), all are private bedrooms, but the price is doubled and without breakfast.

This is the worst hotel iv stayed in like a nursing home the doors like been in a prison beds are worse by far the mattress have all springs through ur back didn’t even cover base of bed to single duvets for me and my husband very old fashioned and dated fridge top broken no milk in room also shower didn’t work like somethink from olden days wouldn’t recommend it’s 30 mins from Centre staff all miserable

First of all, I want to mention the employee Marco who made me feel welcomed and check in with comfort at the time that fit my schedule, really appreciated it. The property is at the great location, I didn’t even need a car because I could walk from the hotel anywhere I wanted. It was clean, the hotel provided shampoos and lots of towels. Coffee and tea, an electric kettle and fridge were included too. I want to bring it to your attention, fellow travellers, that a receptionist/front desk is not available 24/7 like in other hotels I stayed, and your email might not be read, so if you need help it’s better to call them (at least in my experience). Overall, my stay was a positive experience, the receptionists (when available) were friendly and even provided guidance on how to get to the airport. There was also a separate room on the first floor with some books, tables and chairs. I’m pretty sure there was also coffee and tea, not sure if complimentary. One last important thing is that I felt safe there because the hotel was equipped with a door with a code. Great option to choose if you’re staying in Prague.
