This hotel is no longer a travelodge and I don't know if it is open; could not reserve on Travelodge site. I don't know what your policy is but I thought you should know so that your listing can be accurate. You can check with Travelodge if necessary.

Stopped in during a snowstorm. It's old for sure and simple. But it was clean, quiet, has lots of room to walk the dogs, a Family Dollar, 4Bs and Gas Station Convenience store within a block. Plenty of light in the parking spac and plenty of room to walk the dogs.

The facility is in the process of updating it's 'look'. As for me, I was tired and wanted a "soft-horizontal-surface" and I found one! The employees were more than pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. After a long day in the car, I had a GREAT night!

No breakfast! On a 4 night stay they won't make up your room, asked for clean towels and the person at the front desk said, "on the second floor there is a washer and dryer". when you take a shower, the water sits in the tub. They have a coffee pot in the room but NO coffee. Not recommended

Stayed one night. The carpet was filthy and smelled of animal urine. The bed spread looked old and dirty. The chair had dirt spots and the shower faucet was broken. I got scalded with hot water and had to rinse soap off in the sink. KATHY Was very rude when I went to talk to her in the morning. I told her I had a complaint, I got a dirty look. I told her about the faucet and asked why housekeeping didn't report it. She said eobviously it's broken and said I can't deal with this now, so we went to a restaurant to have breakfast, since they had nothing there, we went back in to talk to her, she was extremely rude. My daughter asked her to take my charge off, we had 3 rooms there and asked for mine only. She finally did it and slammed the papers down. It showed 0 balance and after we left she added charges. I will never stay in that filthy place again. I have family in Deer Lodge

This site needs a makeover. Manager was great and did the best she could. Carpet, hvac,wore out and needs remodeling. Probably ok in its day. Parking lot needs sweeping , repair….. Main hallway carpet, paint badly need of repair Deer lodge has plenty of other services….. Tv and electrical is sketchy as turning a light switch in room 105 caused tv to buzz, blank out and need reset…..air conditioning difficult to run….

There is no elevator and for anyone who has difficulty with stairs in general, you MUST ask for a ground floor room. The place is very old and the stairs--well they are not to code and your whole foot cannot fit the stair width so you have to go up and down sideways or fall. Consequently they are also quite steep. Trying to safely lug unwieldy luggage ,however minimal, up the stairs is a feat in itself. The room was clean, but OLD and the bedding was OLD and scratchy, the air cond was a window shaker type and noisy, hard to control the temp to sleep. I think we all left with sinus infections. The breakfast? Well cereal and toast.

This is the second year we have stayed in Deer Lodge and the people are extremely friendly and very kind. They also allow us to have out dog (just family pet). The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. We will be back again next year.

This property needs to be updated and the parking lot repaired. The comforted came from the dollar store in 1989. The bathroom sink and fixtures looked to be original. The parking lot had pot holes all in it.
