"Fantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things."

"Hotelli on hyvin ylläpidetty ja on ylin sijainti Sans Soussi Parkin lähellä! Huone on puhdas, mutta puhdistuspalvelu suoritetaan vain, jos ilmoitat sen päivää ennen! Huoneessa oli myös erityinen haju, jos tulit sisään. Aamiainen on todella mukava ja henkilökunta hyvin ystävällinen. Pysäköintimaksu 22 euroa päivässä maanalaisissa autotalliissa, jopa hotellivieraille, on liian paljon piilotettuja kustannuksia! Se ei ole kansainvälinen standardi!"

"We stayed in two suite rooms. One for 3 people and another for 4 people. Both suites were spacious, fully furnished, and equipped with excellent amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was very convenient: just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn station, 4 minutes from the tram stop (Haltestelle), and only 5 minutes from Ristorante Toscana. We had a fabulous stay and truly appreciated the comfort and convenience provided. Highly recommended!"
