"I was at this hotel for a business event and was really looking forward to my stay. From the outside, the hotel makes an impressive impression. It's very large and looks modern. Unfortunately, I discovered that the room wasn't entirely clean upon arrival. There were hairs on the pillow and in the bed, which surprised and disappointed me greatly when checking in, especially considering the price. After complaining the next day, I was fortunately given a new room with an upgrade. I'm very grateful for that. The new room was significantly larger, more comfortable, and finally had a kettle, which made my stay much more pleasant. Unfortunately, it was very noisy overall. On the first night, I could hear a party, which, although not organized by the hotel, still penetrated the room quite noticeably. The noise from other guests was also clearly audible on the second night. The walls are quite thin, so sleep might be difficult for sensitive individuals. On the positive side, I'd like to highlight the hotel's beautiful location, which is perfect for walks, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the upgrade and the friendly staff, however, due to the noise issue, I would personally not visit the hotel again."

"It would be excellent if tenants could have a kettle for boiling water in the hotel rooms, to boil water in the cold winter, for drinking coffee or tea packages to warm up ourselves in the cold harsh winter, when all restaurants are closed at night. Also a washing machine facility to wash our clothes."

"Majoitustilan ympäristö oli vanhempi kaupunginosassa, varmaan ei tyypillinen matkakohteita. Todellinen lisäpiste oli kuitenkin lähellä rautatieasemaa – vain 7-8 minuuttia jalan, ja sieltä oli kädenpyörä Potsdamin keskustassa. Vuokralainen oli erittäin tervetullut, koska saapuimme liian aikaisin sisäänkäyntiin. Hyvää yötä, mutta saimme huoneemme. Olohuone oli suuri yllätys! Oli hyvin varustettu keittiö, jossa voimme valmistaa teetä tai kahvia tai jopa keittää pienintäkään Me molemmat pidämme siitä, että vietin koeajan päivän Potsdamissa ja nukuimme hyvin eläkkeellä."
