酒店有點舊，早餐餐具不太乾淨，工作人員還是挺熱情的

It was perfectly located for my business trip (at Potsdam University) and the main building seemed fabulous. I was super excited to stay there with all its big glass windows and beautiful river location…unfortunately despite the fact I got a suite, they put me in the boring building with no view across the street (see photos for the two buildings)

It was ok property, but they gave me the closest room to the lobby on the ground floor, and it was really noisy, like I could hear every conversation, which was very bothersome.

It was the worst hotel on our Christmas trip, with the most expensive price. We requested a room with a view in a quiet part of the hotel, having written a letter to the hotel in advance with our wishes. But our wishes were not taken into account, rather the opposite - the room was provided in the building across the road from the main one overlooking the road and was very cold and uncomfortable. Weathered furniture, dirty refrigerator. Breakfast was also the worst of the seven hotels we stayed at during our trip. The only one good thing - we only booked one night. Unfortunately, I no longer want to come back here and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Basic This hotel is in a university area...rooms across street from check in...receptionist was lovely...but we would not stay here again...room vvv basic and you would need a car to stay here...too basic.

Unfortuntalely, we didn't manage to use the hotel for the purpose we came for. We booked this hotel in the nature to be able to rest, but the weather was extremely hot and there was no air-co in the rooms, so it was not possible to stay in the room at all. There is a cozy restaurant in the hotel which we wanted to use instead, but it was closed because of lack of staff.. We asked if we can just use it, without the need of any service, but that was not possible. In the end we couldn't use the hotel and had to look for another cafe around, which ruined our overall experience and made us not like our stay. There was an annoyance with the cleaning staff as well, that decides to clean your rooms at 8:30AM. Yes, 8:30 in the morning you will hear a knock on the door that will wake you up and ask your room to be cleaned. Afterwards, we hanged a do not distrub sign, but the maid still insisted on cleaning our room, went inside and opened our curtains which made the room very hot when we were back. Keep in mind that even though the hotel has some nice chill areas, you will NOT BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE HOTEL, so better look for an option where you can actually chill in the hotel, if that's your goal. Location is good at the river and next to the S station. Breakfast is pleasant.

Meeting facilities are good, temperature in the meeting room was hot. Not quick to adjust. Rooms have a great lake view and for the rest oke. Restaurant used for buffet and one evening a 3-course diner. Standard food. Service is friendly and helpfull

Would be better if the breakfast was better selection and food offered in the evening. Rooms are dated and tired. Staff were Very nice & helpful

Ideal gelegen direkt an der S-Bahn Haltestelle Griebnitzsee (100 m). Zimmer sehr sauber, Personal freundlich zuvorkommend. Frühstück reichhaltig und variantenreich. Zimmer zur Strasse nicht zu empfehlen, da laut. Pkw Parkplätze an der Strasse, war bei meinem Aufenthalt kein Problem. Highlight: Das Ambiente der Bar bzw. Vorraum zum Frühstücksraum, Einrichtung mit Klassikern aus der Filmkulisse! Das Studio Babelsberg ist nicht weit entfernt …

Das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft (15:20) noch nicht bezugsfertig. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht gerade freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Toilette des Zimmers war dreckig. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im separaten Haus auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofes. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer hatten allerdings eine komfortable Größe.

Unsere Reservierung über expedia.de wurde im PC nicht gefunden. Mussten allein das 3. Bett beziehen für unser Kind. Das Sofa war voller Hundehaare. Die Heizkörper voller Staub. Konnte damit unsere nasse Kleidung dreckig machen. Dann für alles so viel Geld bezahlt - ungerechtfertigt!!! Dieses Hotel nie wieder!

Angenehme Übernachtung in Potsdam Am 1. Tag hatten wir ein Zimmer (Nr. 503) im unterem Geschoss in Nebengebäude, leider sehr dunkel und direkt zur S-Bahn Station. Es war die Nacht doch sehr laut. Die 3 anderen Nächte haben wir das Zimmer getauscht (Nr. 710) im 2 Geschoss zur Strasse hin, sehr groß , leise und mit grosser Terrasse zur Strasse hin. Das Zimmer war ok. Leider wird nur alle 3 Tage das Zimmer sauber gemacht, so dass doch viel Dreck nach dem schwimmen in den Seen und durch unseren Hund zusammen kömmt. Frühstück ist in Ordnung,
