il check-in consiste in un'addetta molto gentile e professionale che ti viene prendere al parcheggio e ti conduce nella stanza, situata in un palazzo altrimenti introvabile perché privo di indicazioni. La nostra camera era minuscola e senza vista panoramica, ma pulita e accogliente. La colazione (abbastanza modesta) è in un altro stabile, molto più bello. Abbastanza comodo al centro, lo consiglio per una sosta breve a Positano

Very nice location / view Very nice location, great view over the sea / bay. Quite a lot of stairs, be prepared for that. Old house, you will hear everything that happens in the hall / other rooms quite well, and no dark curtains (sun gets into your room from early morning) / do not expect to sleep long in the morning.

Pleasant stay We had a pleasant stay at Villa principe, had couples issues which were fixed when we notified the hotel, the food at the restaurant was very good, the view from the restUrNt was magnificent,

We had the family room in the villas. Absolutely gorgeous. Great and beautiful place. Beautiful terrace. Very comfortable beds. The only down side is that at breakfast they do not serve their fresh squeezed orange juice. So I ordered it to the room every morning.

The Villa is in a quiet section of Positano with easy access by the local bus. We had a spacious family suite with 2 bedrooms and a private courtyard that looked out over the beautiful views. Stairs are inevitable in Positano but this place is reasonable to the main street. The lovely breakfast buffet is 80 steps up at the Hotel Conca d'Oro. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful with recommendations to get around town.

The room was not at the level expected for the price.

Avoid this Villa at all cost. No views whatsoever except for fig trees from room 607. The 2 bedroom villa stunk of dust, the wifi reception was poor and the tv lost coverage constantly. The rooms were a 3.5/5 for cleanliness. There is also a far amount of walking to get to the beach and restaurants. The staff at reception were excellent. They promptly attended to our requests for a kettle and air conditioning that wasn’t working properly. The location is very noisy especially around 2.30am when the trash is collected. We paid an exorbitant amount for a 3 day stay when hotels on the beach were a third of the price. Lesson learnt do not book on ***********. Photos are also very deceptive. We wished the accomodation looked liked the photos.

Terrific location close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful view. Enjoyed the included breakfast and attentive staff.

The property's views were great, and the Hotel was close to the town center. The main breakfast area and restaurant were very nice. Several issues were not apparent until we arrived at the Hotel. First, the main Hotel has a different name and is separate from this portion of the property. You must climb about 80 steps to get to the main hotel area. The steps leading up to the Hotel are not part of the property; they are dirty allies with steep steps. The included breakfast was so so, with no hot items, and you had to pay extra for eggs. The sink was not flushing when we arrived, but the issue was corrected once we told the front desk. There were several spiders in our room and the bathroom.
