The dining room and bar area very cold did not appear to have any heating. Room 135 never did get any hot water as at the end of the corridor. Insufficient staff but those in attendance worked very hard.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Port Solent with my other half and the experience was nothing short of fabulous. I have stayed in plenty of Premier Inns and this one is no doubt the best! The rooms are clean and well presented, and the staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was great as well - the food was delicious! Suzy especially made this stay memorable. She is a delight and a true credit to the team 😊 I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic staff. Couldn’t do enough for us. I booked the wrong room. I’m disabled and needed a room with a wet room. I’d booked a room with a bath. No good for me at all. The receptionist immediately found me a clean empty room with a wet room. Top work. Many thanks.

Big improvements are needed. The kettle and refreshments was very dirty. The bathroom door couldn't close, the shower pessure was very weak. The breakfast layout very poor and choices limited. But, friendly staff and the surrounding location had takeaways and outlets.

Really friendly staff, lovely food. Julie in restaurant was amazing. So polite and lovely. Will definitely be back 😁 room was clean. And food was good so like this premier inn one of the best felt comfortable and relaxed in this hotel all co workers enjoyed their stay

Lovely welcome on checking in, accessible room was lovely and clean, bed was comfy and the bathroom had all the rails and seat, lovely to have toiletries too, really pleased to have windows that opened and not just the aircon, nice to have the choice as to wether I wanted my room cleaned or not during my 2 night stay, instead of it automatically being cleaned. Food and service in the resturant was super, our dinner was good quality and lovely and hot, breakfast was good too.

The staff were awesome, the room was good , had a few issues with the shower and TV , but it was fixed within seconds by SAM , who was working that day . We have been to this hotel many times and sam always helps , he's awesome !!!!! rge breakfast is ok , not like it was , and the lack of staff is not good... huge Qs at breakfast

I would just like to say how Julie the lady working the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, the service was amazing and made the stay at the hotel much more enjoyable, we stay in premier inns all the time and can not say enough about how much she is a credit to your company. If you had a Julie at every premier inn it would be incredible, so thank you

I stayed on the Premier Inn “Port Solent” which is just off the motorway but far enough away for it not to hear it. The rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. The bedroom windows are screwed closed even on the second floor so there is no air flow at all. To note it’s a taxi ride away from the restaurants / shops at Portsolent (£6) and parking is £3.
