For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Olbia, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. The area is very well maintained. Even in the dry high season of July, the grounds were full of flowers and green lawns. It was mostly very quiet. Only handing over the keys in Olbia was a bit cumbersome. ALSO the limited access to the WiFi only at the po

The complex is really nice and well-kept and prepared with attention to detail. Besides, we were the only guests, which dampened the atmosphere a bit. Unfortunately, there is no playground or similar for children. The apartment itself is really only equip
