The gardens and the pool were very well maintained and clean. The caretaker there also had the problem with the air conditioning repaired immediately, as we were unable to reach any of the contact telephone numbers. When the keys were handed over, they si

+well located, shops, beck and also the sea within walking distance +very nice view +well-kept complex +clean +big fridge with large freezer - in April the apartment was very cold. with air conditioning as heating ok.

Couch was bad and dirty. Cleaning of the kitchen area was definitely not good enough. Surroundings beautiful. Pool area nice. Flat good size. Bathrooms OK even though they are several years old. Beds comfortable. Beach in San Paolo was not nice. Very good

The apartment is located on a well-maintained small-scale villa park. Top location on the edge of the village, within walking distance of the center, beach and harbor. The apartment is a bit dated but we lived more outside than inside and everything else

All in all we were satisfied. It was a pity that we were not allowed to use the pool (it was the beginning of October). Kitchen very small and not so well equipped. But we found the large terrace good. Unfortunately no WiFi in the apartment.
