Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Olbia, 12 km. Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette location. La résidence est belle, propre et très bien entretenue. La vue du balcon sur la mer est exceptionnelle, le reste du logement est propre et vieillissant. La clim fonctionne très bien et ce n'est pas du luxe au
