Welcome to this charming apartment with sidely sea view in Portals Nous. It is prepared for 2 persons +2 extra. The well-furnished terrace has large windows to enjoy the seabreeze in the morning sun. This 50m2 apartment is situated on the 7th floor (with elevator) and counts with a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. There is a possibility for two extra persons to sleep on the sofa couch. On request, there is a baby cot and a highchair available. The cosy living- and dining room counts with a sofa, satellite TV, a dining table and air conditioning. The independent kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The whole apartment is equipped with central heating. Portals Nous is a touristic and residential area, which belongs to Calvià. The hotels and complementary offers (restaurants, bars, shops, etc.) in Portals Nous are of a slightly higher standard and the harbour Puerto Portals is characterised by spectacular yachts and often visited by the jet-set. Not too far away, you will find Marineland (an animal park with dolfins, sea lions, and exotic birds) and Western Park (a waterslides park) and lots of activities for the whole family. Mallorca's capital, Palma, is only 12km away. There, you will find all kinds of local, as well as international shops, shopping centers and markets. There are diferent kinds of museums and other cultural attractions (the cathedral, the Bellver castle, the contemporanean art museum Es Baluard, the Miro Museum, art galleries, etc. In the evening, the city is full with all kinds of nightlife entertainment, like restaurants, bars, live music and dicotheques. The beach of Portals Nous is only 600m away. By car, you can easily reach magnificent unspoiled beaches like Portals Vells or Playa del Mago (this last one is often used as nudist beach). Beautiful villages like Esporles or Valldemossa are easy to reach.
