Relax A great place to relax with friendly staff, great swimming, quiet retreat. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and obliging.

If you want to experience heaven, then The Havannah Vanuatu will come pretty close! My husband and I stayed from 6-11 Nov 2024 and we must say it was one of the best places we have ever been to! From the moment you arrive you are greeted with so much warmth, beautiful gardens, serene and quite surroundings and the most divine setting you could ever wish to wind down and relax in. We were blessed with perfect weather and we stayed in a Waterfront Villa which I would highly recommend. Extremely comfortable, clean and relaxing accommodation tucked away among green foliage and colourful flowers overlooking the calm and turquoise crystal clear water which you can walk straight down to from your room. We had little steps down to the water from the plunge pool. The water is so calm and a perfect temperature for swimming. The resort is immaculately kept with paths winding through the gardens to the main dining and bar area which overlooks the water. ALL staff working there are the most beautiful people with warm friendly smiles and always a happy greeting. They made us feel so well looked after. The food.....oh my, it is DELICIOUS!! You won't go hungry that's for sure. There is a different lunch and dinner menu everyday with starters, mains and desserts to choose from. The bar is well stocked with an extensive selection of drinks to satisfy any fancy. Breakfast is also delicious and stays the same menu each day. You can do as little or as much as you wish whilst staying at this resort and everything is designed to ensure you can relax and enjoy your stay. Coming from someone who is quite particular about being careful when selecting somewhere to stay and researching the quality of accommodation and services promised, I can honestly say I highly, highly recommend The Havannah and give it a HUGE 5/5 stars. To all the staff, thank you for making our stay so wonderful and unforgettable. Would love to return one day soon.

We had an exceptional birthday holiday at this hotel. From the moment we arrived at Port Vila airport, the experience was delightful. Nelson warmly greeted us, assisted with our luggage, and offered cold mineral water and chilled towels on the bus, which was a refreshing start after our flight. Upon arrival at the hotel, John and his friendly team welcomed us with music and singing, and the manager Raj greeted us at the lobby. The staff, including Davina, Helen, and our sunset cruise captain Joe , were all professional and super friendly. The holiday was fantastic, with excellent activities and experiences arranged by the hotel. For snorkelling enthusiasts like us, exploring the stunning coral reefs of Moso Island, Island Picnic Experience and enjoying the sunset cruise were highlights. On my birthday night, the hotel arranged for a local band to sing a birthday song for me while surprising me with a beautiful cake. I was genuinely touched by their thoughtfulness. Although some signs of age are visible in the hotel's décor that could use updates; overall maintenance is still commendable. The meals provided were delicious and well-presented; however we found some portions to be small due to our larger appetites haha. Additionally it would be great if more beverage options besides mineral water were offered in the minibar. This vacation left a very positive impression of Vanuatu, and I look forward to returning!

Location. Service. Food. Peacefulness. Staff. Luxury. This place is best in class. Too much to mention. But if you and your partner are seeking total downtime in a paradise setting, with wonderful and caring staff, and exceptional all inclusive food, look no further. Vanuatu itself is an idyllic destination. The Havannah brings it all together. I married the girl of my dreams from 35 years ago and spent last week celebrating our wedding with Raj and his team. Thanks to all.

Just spent an amazing week at The Havannah and will be booking a return trip, which is something we just don't do. Our room was incredibly comfortable, the staff all beautiful people who made us feel like part of one big family, the snorkelling was next level and the spa one of the best massages I've had. The coral nearby is incredibly healthy and vibrant, with a ridiculous variety of fish. Wonderful to see so many hawksbill turtles all around and we were treated go seeing dugong twice! The marine environment is just thriving. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special.

Saying at The Havannah was one of the most relaxing holidays I’ve ever had. Stayed in a lagoon pool room which we loved. The staff were so wonderful and attentive, always happy and super helpful can’t praise them enough for making our stay so memorable. The food was so good, everything we ate was delicious. Cocktail hour watching the beautiful sunset was a highlight along with seeing turtles just off the beach while having breakfast. We also did a tour with Arthur which was another highlight, he was sensational would highly recommended it. You can do as much or as little as you like while staying in this stunning location at The Havannah the choice is yours to enjoy the time your way. Hope to return in the near future, thoroughly enjoyed our visit everything was perfect.
