新酒店，沒有客流，冷清。早餐單調，沒有花樣變化

Otel güzel aslında ama banyo kotu ve cok temiz degil, sicak su pek yok. Ilik genelde su. Suyun basinci iyi degil.

Not great for walking and the beach needs a good clean up

A wonderful property in Port Said This is an amazing place to stay. Nicely laid out apartment blocks with a good size centrally located pool, surrounded by cute igloo cabanas. Friendly staff...excellent housekeeper Tamir & very good receptionist Isra. Had a really wonderful stay. Weather was perfect too.

Keep up the good work Mr Magad demonstrated superior hospitality he always around the guests asking if they need anything.

Kind and generous staff, large and clean rooms Staff was incredible. Went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful at every step. Room (really a two-bedroom apartment) was spacious and spotless. Everything was in excellent condition, and I appreciated the bottled water and Eid treats waiting in the room. Only complaints, I guess, was that I didn’t have hot water in the shower in the morning and I had to wait more than 20 minutes for a table at breakfast. But could have just been a popular time for both, and the place was pretty packed, it seemed, due to summer and Eid. It was extremely hot, so I Ubered around town, but in less harsh weather, there are plenty of things in walking distance, from coffee shops to clothing stores. Pool also looked very nice and was a very lively place!

I was shocked with their customer service. I came in after my honey moon with my wife to stay for a few nights before heading out of the country, they processed the payment and supposedly checked me in then a General Manager (Maged Adel) came out questioning the marriage certificate I have as it’s fake or something. I immediately asked for my refund and walked out, he tried to come out to apologize after figuring out he messed up but it’s too late. It’s a shame for a General Manager not to use common sense and thinking through his decisions before stepping in.

A beautiful, well maintained place with an excellent hosting team who always smile, care and help. The suite was perfect. We had a wonderful time, and would definitely repeat again. Million thanks to the best customer service and hosting team.

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of different options to cater for most diets. We had a lovely stay.

Hôtel idéal pour les familles. Situé le long de la corniche, l'hôtel n'offre pas un accès direct aux plages et se situe en dehors du centre ville. Si vous êtes amateurs de bière ou de vin, cet endroit n'est pas fait pour vous. Cuisine basique mais correcte.
