The staffs are 4/5. The location looks ok.
First they make
Me wait a long long time in lobby. Second they gave me room that was not cleaned but again i have to bring bag from
That dirty room from
Previous guest to lobby. Finally after long hours they gave me room.

Thing is breakfast is good. Also they have free drop
To airport .

Better Options for food required in the Upstairs bar as it was overpriced and poor quality. Also some incentive to eat at the Restaurant as a Hotel guest. Better transport options would encourage more stays with available shuttle trips to other places and areas would make it easier . All staff most helpful . Perhaps have the bar open in the gaming room and make it more appealing

Swimming pool facilities needs a bit regulated as they were lots of kids who are not staying in hotels were seen using the pool.

The hotel boasts fantastic views of the city skyline, with spacious and well-furnished rooms that are tastefully decorated. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

The room was classied as Deluxe on the website however it looks very old & tiny. It needs to be renovated

The staff are exceptional. Very friendly and effecient. The room was disgusting! There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. I could feel every spring in the mattress. The fridge disnt work. And the odor in the lobby area to the rooms was beyond words!!! I would take as littlw shallow breaths until i got to the reception. Steamships should be ashamed of how they expect their staff to work in that place. Its unhygienic for guests and staff.
Besides the ataff, there was nothing good about staying there.
I would not recommand this hotel to anyone.

Reservation downgraded without notice but cost remained same. No hot water in showers and sinks despite multiple notices. Drainage in bathrooms looks gross.
