酒店設施略顯陳舊，房間空間夠大，窗外路易港景色不錯，地理位置好，下樓就是waterfront 商業街。在攜程上訂的半食宿套餐性價比不錯。

Overall good experience, except that the main elevator was out of service. Rooms could do with an uplift as they are looking tired. Breakfast was very good, although the croissants were not very fresh.

Destacar, como siempre, la amabilidad y profesionalidad de las personas que trabajan en el restaurante, y agradecer al Chef Jude Meshau y su equipo por saber hacer tan bien su trabajo. Es muy agradable ir a un sitio donde sabes que vas a comer bien y te van a atender sin ningún tipo de queja, al contrario. Lo bueno se tiene que reconocer. Lo recomiendo 100%!

Worst Hotel Experience! Aweful service by some staff members. Overcharged bill, wrong room service order delivered, 45 mins wait for a soup at the restaurant, elevators not working for entire hotel……long list of issues in just 2 days of stay at this hotel that I have not faced in past 20 years of travel. Will not go back again. Run down hotel now. Way past its glory

I was in Mauritius for one day for a work trip and to say this exceeded my expectations is nothing short of accurate. The welcome was warm and accommodating. The staff were fantastic and a real joy to speak to and help solve issues i had with such a busy schedule. Saira, on the front desk was amazing. Very kind, keen to help and quite possibly made me day. Thank you Priyanka, was very kind on my leaving, check out and again just in general very happy to help me. I cant say that any staff member i spoke to was in anyway shape or form unapproachable but also very welcoming and friendly. It has been a pleasure staying here

Vissen Sanjeev is the best ! He goes above and beyond and makes me feel welcome. I look forward to coming back to this hotel. So friendly & nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfy and very clean. The food is of a high standard and they have some great wines too!

The food was yummy! Be sure to try the lamb rack and the spinach/ricotta ravioli. It's delicious! We downed it all with a good bottle of red... and the coffee creme brulee... just the perfect conclusion to a very nice meal. But what certainly made it a premium experience was the attentiveness and the excllent service by Nilesh and Tricia. They make you feel like stars! We highly recommend!

Service was excellent all around, and Vissen was extra attentive and friendly at breakfast each morning. Definitely a 5 star service in the centre of town. I would recommend staying here for business instead of a sea side hotel as there is too much traffic.

It was a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Good location.

I emailed this hotel many times to correct the charge for room reserved they placed on my credit card even though the room was prepaid. The customer service is not up to par of what should be expected. The reservations manager said the front desk will contact me however after several attempts to contact them there was no reply.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre stay at Labourdonnais. Et la gentillesse et efficacité du personnel. Specially Stephen qui est vraiment extrêmement professionnel, gentil et efficace dans son travail qu il accomplit avec sérieux et dévotion totale Nous avons aussi trouvé Priyanka, Sephora,et Walid d une gentille extrême très professionnelles et efficace ds leur travail. En tout et pour tout notre stay at the hotel was a real good experience and fun time. The food is also excellente and well served. And yes the pillows are amazing !!!! Thanks for everything. I will recommend this hotel 200%

Had an incredible time at the Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel! We enjoyed our wines at the outdoor bar, Nadeem was excellent as a bartender and server. He gave us recommendations of places to visit which was very helpful. An impressive experience overall!
