Our check-in process was bad. Even though we booked 3 rooms, only 2 were recognized by the hotel. It took more than 30 minutes to check in, and the "solution" suggested by the hotel was to pay for my 3rd room. In addition to me being charged by Trip.com (C$777.21), I had to pay an extra $250.00 approximatey for the 3rd room.
The 3 rooms my family stayed in were rooms 312, 317 and 318.
I will dispute the amount of $250.00 to my credir card company.
