Attachment.png Nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur rare, dès les premiers instants, on se sent comme chez soi ! L’hôte est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours disponible et de très bons conseils, qui se révèlent d’ailleurs vitaux pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Grâce à elle, nous avons découvert des endroits et des astuces que nous n’aurions jamais trouvés seuls. Les logements sont de véritables cocons : confortables, décorés avec goût et parfaitement équipés. Tout est pensé pour offrir une expérience relaxante et reposante. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de Walmer. Une situation parfaite pour explorer les environs. Un immense merci pour cette parenthèse enchantée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés ! Lucie

I stayed at Dempseys for the month of November as a long-term guest. I stayed in room 5. It was nothing but a pleasure. Cleanliness was top class. My host Kath gracious, kind and helpful. There is an info pack in each room with lots of useful information for tourists. I was made to feel totally at home and did not want for anything during my stay. My bed was very comfortable, my room was serviced up to three times a week depending on my needs. Fresh towels as required. My kitchenette fully equipped with all the essentials and more, bar fridge, toaster oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. The room had a TV, Fans, emergency lamp and Free WIFI. The premises is a tranquil garden with lots of bird life, perfect to unwind and relax. Eco aware, I love the focus on water conservation and recycling. Whether you are only in town for a few nights or need longer term accommodation, I would highly recommend this guest house. Top class service from the lovely Kath!

A very warm welcome and the room was clean, neat and the kitchen lacked for nothing. I had a fantastic sleep! There is safe parking on the property. The external area is a delight with seating areas available to enjoy the incredible garden. So many different birds were spotted, I even had the fortunate experience of seeing an owl. Highly recommend Dempseys, not only for the amenities, but also for the warmth of the host Kathy who went above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again.

Kathy is a terrific hostess. The room was very clean and the kitchen had everything I needed. Close to shops. Secure parking.

I (and various members of my family) have stayed at Dempsey's many times and have always enjoyed the experience. Kathy is a welcoming and gracious hostess and the accommodation is always comfortable and clean. The surroundings are peaceful and attractive. Always an absolute pleasure to stay here.
