設施設備老舊，入住期間經常沒有熱水，熱水忽冷忽熱然後壞插座等。不過區域安全，環境優美，服務員的的服務態度很好，因為住了一個星期，早餐基本上每天是一樣的？

I don't have words to describe the stay here, beautiful rooms. The neighborhood is safe and close to the shops and the beach. I enjoyed my short stay here and not forgetting the breakfast and the coffee was great.

The best customer service! Our stay was brief, just overnight. However, the customer service we received went above and beyond. At 9:45pm I called the manager on duty, Wendy, and explained that I had been calling for an hour and no taxi companies would answer their phones and Uber said there were no rides available between 6 & 7am the following morning. I was beside myself as four of us needed to catch a flight at 8:30am. Wende kindly offered to make two airport trips...one at 5:30 and one at 6am so we didn't miss our flight! She also made us a bagged breakfast of a ham & egg sandwich, an orange, and a juice box. Wish we could have stayed longer! The facilities were clean and our room very nice. Thank you, Wendy!

Wonderful stay The hotel is very clean and well kept, and the staff are so helpful. They go above and beyond. I was a solo female traveling and when I got back to the hotel late, they came out as I’m getting out of the car to accompany me back to the hotel. Also in a nice location and area, I walk around by myself to the supermarket and restaurants, feel quite safe in Summerstrand.
