Nice hotel

Nice hotel. It is suitable for family who have kids. The kids can play and swim in the room. No need to go outside. However the room is very far from the lobby. You have to take buggy.

Family trip with 2kids, very enjoy the kid swimming pool with water slides & also room swimming pool ( big enough for 4 of us ) . Room is big with 2 king bed. Breakfast still need improvement. Service is very good.

酒店員工服務不錯，不會等很久，手續也快，房間距離一段路，叫車都很快的，早餐選擇不多，一樣的食物分別在3個角落，食物評價就中等，不會很好，也不差，房間衞生就普通，有沙子是合理的，因為有沙灘嘛，床邊就灰塵很厚，類似沒打掃到，其實整體體驗很好。。。地點位置嘛，對我來説很方便，外出吃東西都很近。。很棒的。。

Tempat best. Kolam antara yang terbesar dalam bilik. Cuma view dia sedikit kurang menarik. Overall berbaloi.

DEFINITELY will stay here again when coming to Port Dickson ND this time with the EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBERS! It was really a place to unwind, relax and enjoy yourself as the private pool was in room. The buggy service was even better as they provide it any day, anytime from room to hotel lobby. All the staff were courteous and kept smiling. It's hard to find a downside for this building and I seriously enjoyed my stay as parents relax and rest while the kids kept swimming. Near activities to try outside the hotel would be Wild West Cowboy but I prefer going a bit further to PD Ostrich Farm as kids can enjoy fully there like, petting a cat, horse ride, ATV Kids and Adults, Archery and a train ride.

以前來住過 設施比較陳舊 主要是早餐可能有蚊蟲叮咬 導致我和四歲半的小朋友直接上吐下瀉 但是酒店服務態度好評 沒有推卸責任 華人經理一直陪同我們去診所 開葯 原本打算住兩晚 享受一下沙灘海鮮 結果兩整天都在酒店床上躺着度過…  我感覺應該是諾如病毒 希望酒店注意下衞生問題 我還在房間裏發現了壁虎…

+ve 1. Pool in the room. Kids had fun. 2. Good sized room. 3. Good location. Multiple restaurants nearby. 4. Buggy service direct to the room, to lobby or carpark. Staff was nice enough to drive all the way to the entrance for us to pick up our grab delivery. 5. Good level of security. Guards at entrance checked for valid bookings. Food delivery drivers and not guests are not allowed to enter hotel premises. -ve: 1. Thought room was facing the sea and will have a nice window with seaview in the room. But nope,None 2. Bedsheets not clean enough. 3. Tiles near washroom and the pool are quite dated. 4. The foldable door next to the pool was spoilt. Stuck, unable to open fully. 5. At weekends, longer waits for buggy. If you are pressed for time, will have to walk. 6. Breakfast service could be improved. Free seating, it was a mess during the weekends. Eg. Smaller groups seated at bigger tables. Familes switching tables midway etc. Multiple guests are left without seats, having to wait. Better for staff to assign seats. 7. Food selection and quality can be improved.
