Where do I even start? First of all, upon arrival, there was no clear direction to the reception — extremely confusing. I’ve never had such a bad experience before. When I finally reached the lobby, I asked one of the staff if our unit was accessible, as my mum is in a wheelchair. He said yes, but in reality, we had to take the car again and drive over to another lobby. When we arrived at that lobby, the situation was a nightmare: water leaking from pipes, a mess everywhere, and only one lift working due to maintenance. On a weekend, with so many guests and my mum in a wheelchair, this was absolutely unacceptable. Then, when we got into the unit, things got worse. The room had an unpleasant smell, the floor was sticky and oily, the balcony was full of bird droppings, and the aircond couldn’t even be adjusted. The soap dispenser was empty, never refilled. And worst of all — roaches. Not one, not two, but three cockroaches in the unit! For RM600 per night, this is unacceptable. Honestly, I would’ve been better off staying in KL at a proper luxury hotel. This was a complete waste of money, and frankly, you shouldn’t even be operating in this condition.

Swimming pool too packed don’t even want to swim . The only thing is the pickleball court we enjoyed . Kitchen old and dirty . Air con got filthy smell . Quite old apartment.

Proses check in dan check out sangat cepat tanpa deposit. Bilik bersih dan semua kelengkapan asas ada disediakan kecuali berus gigi tiada. Aircond, water heater dan fridge berfungsi dengan baik.
