The unit is extremely outdated. The floors were dirty and the master bedroom door is stuck that it won’t close properly. The beach is dirty with trash everywhere, even the water was not clean. The swimming pool water was greyish in color. The lift smelled like trash. This place needs a major upgrade. It is gloomy and dirty. Felt like we were in a low cost flat rather than a beach resort. All the signboards needs updating with the correct information. The convenience shop had a sign that said it opens at 10am, we waited and the lady at the counter said “oh they open at 11am, they don’t follow the actual timing” The mini zoo had a sign that said the we can feed the animals at 10am but we were later informed that we can only see the animals from afar and the petting zoo is not meant for petting 🤣 It was supposed to be an experience for the kids, but what we got was a bad experience. Please don’t book here, use your money for other hotels. This is not worth it at all.

The unit looks run down. There was no water pressure Limited choicefor breakfast and there was insufficientplace to sit. The price was too high for the limited facilities. There was no air con in the single room.

So far so good for a one night stay travel trip, if you don't mind of the aged lift and the buildings are a bit rundown.

The receptionist/front desk staff, particularly Ms. Aisyah, were friendly and welcoming, which made our check-in process smooth and pleasant. However, we feel that some areas could benefit from improvement. Specifically, the maintenance of the hotel rooms needs attention to ensure a more comfortable and seamless stay for guests. Additionally, while the food was good, it didn’t quite meet our expectations of excellence. Taking all aspects into account, we would rate our experience at 3.5/5. Stay with family for 3 bedroom apartment with Seaview. Amenities in the apartment are very basic. If possible add facilities such as cooking stove and crockery for use.
