Stupid place ever, when I come I need to sent my bag on my self to room, I going to pool with kids .. one group around 20-30 people playing at adult Pool, them make noisy because playing ball at pool .. I can accept that.. but how the management call allow them drink beer & mabuk at this pool who got guest bring kids .. u mabuk, make noise then the management just watch and smile .. ***

OK to stay and very near to city and also beaches. facilites is OK, however, the service attitude of the security guard at the lobby could be improved.

Always stay here when pick up my daughter from Polytechnic. Recommended. Smell good and clean with big pool and near access to the clean beach

The bed got bit stain and able to spot flies inside room.. It will be more better if there is some renovation for the corridor of room The lift button is abit insensitive But overall is good

I hope the food variety can be improved, as there were limited options. Also, the hotel only has one elevator, which caused long waiting times during check-out.

Hotel ni ada potensi, tapi sayangnya banyak kemudahan kurang memuaskan. Kafe tutup awal dan tiada servis penghantaran makanan ke bilik, jadi agak menyusahkan terutamanya untuk yang bawa anak-anak atau datang lewat. Bilik air pun kurang bersih, perlukan perhatian lebih dari segi kebersihan. Tapi satu yang memang puji—kolam renang besar dan pantai bersih. Itu memang highlight utama penginapan ni. Harap pihak hotel boleh perbaiki aspek lain untuk pengalaman pelanggan yang lebih baik.
