Ruim appartement op de begane grond. Fijne achtertuin met schaduw. Ligging vlakbij zee en supermarkt op loopafstand.Het huisje is wel heel kaal en sober ingericht. Niet gezellig. Daar valt nog wel winst te behalen.

Pros: easy street parking, accessible to people with reduced mobility. Washing machine and drying rack. Cons: little privacy, upstairs neighbors must enter right in front of the living room/dining room. We were 5 adults, 1 bathroom all insufficient. There

De woning zit op een mooie plek met mooi uitzicht. Verder stelt de woning niet veel voor. Veel achterstallig onderhoud en het het geen sfeer.
